i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious.

Location is perfect. But hotel is old. Check in is slow despite not many people. Arrived at 3pm also still hv to wait for 30mins. Rooms are not very clean. Ants can be seen in the room. Washroom also in a very poor condition. Water is yellowish. Bathtub is badly stained, don’t even dare to use.

It near with KTCC. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Room is spacious and the staff is efficient in handling registration process. Limited parking spaces are available in the basement.

Location is great but the hotel is a bit outdated. The room comes with basic amenities like bar soap, shower gel and shampoo. No tooth brush, pen and paper. The room however is clean and big. The breakfast selection is great with a variety of food to choose from but limited seating area especially on peak times. On the brighter side, the location is excellent where there is a KTCC mall walking distance from the hotel. You can also walk to the beach to enjoy beautiful evening and there are a lot of eateries nearby.

The hotel is a bit old, but well maintained. With the price they charge, I more likely to stay here again. Btw, the hotel exactly beside Singgangbudu restaurant.
