外はきれいに見えますが、内部は清潔さが欠けています。モールやレストランにアクセスできる町の中心に位置しているため、絶好のロケーションです。インテリアデザインはモダンで素朴で、素敵なが、あまりにも素朴な時代が経ち、デコは古く、クモの巣でいっぱいでした。廊下のスタンディングランプはさびしい黄色で、巣でいっぱいでした。バスルームの天井には長い糸の巣もあります。バスルーム/部屋にはたくさんの蚊がいます。今はデング熱の季節(雨季)です。部屋の家具(寝台、食器棚、テーブル)は、木の色が薄くなった/色が薄くなっていたことを伝えるように古いです。全く機能しないキーカード付きの部屋があり、非常にイライラし、別の部屋に変更するように頼んだが、オーナーは場所が完全に予約されていると言った。結局、部屋を出るたびにドアを開け/ロックする鍵をくれました。チェックアウト中、スタッフは滞在中に1スプーンしか与えられなかったときにスプーンを取ったと非難しました。結局、彼らはそれが大丈夫だと言うだけで、私たちは去りました。彼らがこの場所を改装し、適切な掃除をすれば、私は間違いなくここに戻って滞在します。

簡単に居眠りができれば、寝具は質が良いです。適切な4つ星ホテルの部屋の雰囲気、非常にまともな臭い、部屋は出張での一人旅に非常に満足していました。短所(1)マカン(食事)は少しササ(難しい)。しかし、そう言ったとおり、最も近いコピティアムは 2 km 近く離れているケママンコピティアムです。 (2) 郊外の長所 (1) 素敵な部屋。 (2) 乗り降りが簡単 - 駐車場は自分の家にいるようなものです(途中で別の車がある場合は、少し辛抱強くなければならない場合を除きます)。

The room has a very musty smell when you walk in. The bed sheets have stains all over. Not only that, the fridge has brownish stains all over on the inside. The water glass and cup are not properly cleaned. The basin has leakage and water was sipping through from the bottom to the floor. The walls between my room (505) were so thin that I can literally hear next door couples moaning and bed banging on the walls late into the night. The public space in the lobby is so dirty that you can see used face mask being left on the sofa seating area from the afternoon until the next day morning and no staffs could be bothered to clean up the area. The staffs are also not bothered to wear masks when attending to the guests. Definitely would not recommend this place for others. Not worthwhile.

The nearby beach is clean and well-maintained, offering an ideal setting for a peaceful stroll along the long shoreline after 5 pm. Overall, this is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway

Had a great overall experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions. One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open. In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

枕カバーに黄色いマークが付いているので、ユーザー間でベッドシーツが変更されているかどうかはわかりません。ハンドヘルドシャワーが壊れていたので、ヘッドシャワーしか使用できませんでした。提供されたタオルは湿っていて、適切に洗って乾燥したかどうか疑問に思っていました。プラスの面では、私たちは良い設備を備えた海の見える部屋を持っており、場所はクアンタンの町と近くのビーチに便利なアクセスを提供します。しかし、部屋を掃除してゴミ室のゴミを処分するように頼まれました。

Overall memang terbaik bilik kemas and cantik spacious also bathroom full lengkap will repeat if come to kuantan again 😁

Spacious studio! Nice view from the hotel ! Kids pool is the best! My kids have so much fun 😍 Near the beach and great sport water facilities jet ski & atv.. numbers of local foods nearby and it's not too far from the hotel. Definitely worth every penny! Surely will be coming back soon!
