酒店非常適合度假，beach離酒店3分鐘，落日極美。housekeeper也很棒，ben很熱情，酒店設施很乾凈，讓人有回家的感覺。有廚房，早飯是現做的，非常好看好吃，所以來kudat必須來這家。

酒店的位置離市區有些遠，但環境清靜，酒店後面是沙灘，看日落超正，但蚊子比較多，給咬了很多包包🤣

Well maintained villa with friendly staff who care about their guests. The villa are clean, well furnished & have a large beds. It is like an oasis of calm & peaceful a**osphere. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa & definitely will stay here again. Kudos to Fran & the wonderful team at Kudat Riviera.

What an amazing unspoiled place. We stayed in Bayuh Sabbha and it was beautiful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach just a minute away. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed six nights and ended up eating in four nights - thanks for that amazing vegetarian curry and my husband loved the incredible (and huge) seafood BBQ. The staff will go out of their way to make you whatever you like at a very reasonable price! Probably one of the most relaxing places I have ever been to. The 3rd time vacationing at Casuarina Palm villa, the view facing the sea is very beautiful. The environment is calm, clean. All the staff are very cooperative. A vacation spot that is highly recommended for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hope to see you again next time, it is a place of choice our family's main holiday here. The Kudat Riviera staff are all the best, especially Miss Francisca..

The greatest place we have visited so far. Best for privacy and security guarantee. Love the huge and clear water pool. We felt welcome by the staff and the service was the best! Highly recommended for family!!

My wife and I along with our friends stayed at Casuarina Palm Villa for 4 days and it was one of the best local holidays we've had in a while. Having the beach in the backyard felt great and waking up to the sound of waves was just a dream. A very spacious place for 6 people. The staff there were very helpful and accommodating to our requests with food and items for leisure! Will definitely come again in the near future!

Kudat Riviera was awesome! We stayed at Casuarina Palms Villa and it was a luxurious stay. The staff Francisca, welcomed us with a very heart-warming welcome, even though we arrived there a bit late and she’s willing to assist us with everything that we requested for. Kudos to the breakfast and dinner team, Olga, Eli, and Fadzli for preparing delicious meal for us. The villa is enormously big, facing by the beach. Its good for couples to have their honeymoon or perhaps anyone who just want a sweet escape from works and stuff. I’m sure will be staying here again. Thank you Kudat Riviera for letting us having this wonderful experience.
