ゲセリィグ イン - カニヤル　ヴィラズ(Gezellig Inn - Kanyal Villas)

We recently stayed at Gezellig Inn - Kanyal Villas and were left feeling disappointed on two fronts. While the room itself was decent and spacious but we were surprised to be charged extra for a balcony, this felt unnecessary, especially since the base price of the room seemed high already. It felt misleading and not worth the additional cost. However, the bigger issue was the complete lack of facilities for drivers. ***y tourists travel with a driver, and with temperatures dipping below zero at night, it was completely unacceptable that the hotel offered no designated rest area or even a paid driver's room. All drivers were forced to sleep in his car in the freezing cold, which is simply inhu***e. This lack of consideration for such an essential part of our travel experience really put a damper on our stay. For a hotel charging a premium, basic amenities for drivers should be a given. Our stay was unfortunately marred by the extra charges for the balcony, the lack of driver accommodations, and the expensive food. While the room itself was nice, these issues left us feeling like we didn't get good value for our money. We would strongly recommend the hotel reconsider its policy on balcony surcharges, find a solution for driver rest areas and clearly communicate driver accommodation policies on booking platforms also, and work on offering more affordable dining options. This hotel could be a great choice for travellers with a car, but only if they address the concerns mentioned above. If you're on a tight budget or have a driver with you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The hotel did not keep the room ready for checkin. Heater service is too bad - it does not work half the time. It is very cold in the deluxe room.The pillows and bedsheets are very dirty. They changed it after informing them 3-4times.The hotel staff are very rude, they did not have solutions for any of the problems that we faced. They even refused to give us an extra blanket. After our agent told them 2 times, then they provided us with extra blanket. The geyser does not work so well, water takes very long to heat.

Where hospitality is unparalleled in ***ali, Mr Anil Sharma ***** with his team comprising of Roshan are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way in helping all guests and yes providing very reasonable taxis without any commission unlike other hotels, their honesty and integrity is exceptional. Amazing and stunning views of the snow clad hills with a coniferous tree line from most of the rooms. Kudos to Gezelling inn specialy Mr. Anil sharma

Worst hotel and services, I have traveled a lot but never had this terrible service from a hotel that is charging for your stay. Room stinks, no soap, used towel was in room when I checked in. One person at reception started fighting and abusing. Please don’t waste money. Even if someone ask me to stay here for free, I would decline.

Awesome Rooms and Hospitality Bathrooms are well cleaned very near to Mall Road Food is good and room service is prompt..Gr8 place to visit Mountains view is mesmerising and river view is gr8888888888

***ager anil sharma has used the muscle power on tourist which is shame for entire hotel industry and he has used abusive language with females too present in the group . He must be treated hard by ***agement of hotel if that ***agement is not involved with him else authority will take action because complaint is already in process with the sdm and honorable court with a proof of video . Will ensure proper publicity of the incident so that other tourist can be saved .

One of the best Hotel in ***ali, Recommendable, we stayed here around a month and enjoyed our stay, its really children friendly hotel. We will back soon to visit ***ali and ofcourse we will book the same hotel and same room if available. Thanks to the team, see u soon...

This is one of the best places in ***ali,a very peaceful place called Gadherni, just 3 to 4 kms from ***ali. Food:yummy and of high standards Location: 3/4 kms from Mall Road Cleanliness: Top notch Washroom: spic and span with state of the art , Jaguar fittings with Jaguar geysers Tariff: pocket friendly especially during off seasons,during this time you May bargain as during season better pre book as this place is sold out Hospitality: 5 stars, an incident worth mentioning, as I was checking out and wanted to reach a destination which had around few inches of snow the local cabbies were asking for exhorbitant rates, Anil Sharmaji from the front office stepped in and decided to offer us a free ride till Mall Road as their 4 wheel drive was running for an errand but my destination was still a further 2 kms on a elevated mountain top, on realising this , that we had loads of luggage , he offered me a complimentary drop, as only 4 wheel drive was possible, driving on snow covered roads. Hats of to Anil Sharmaji and surinder and Roshan for their hospitality. Last but not the least, the views from the balcony and even your bed is to die for, with snow covered mountains and beautiful Alpine trees. Thanks to Gezellig inn

good mountain views and peaceful surrounding. We took luxurious room with balcony and were very glad with the views from the room. Nice n clean washrooms. Food was good and thanku aju Anil Sharma good megment.
