家族4人で夏休み7泊しました。 オールインクルーシブ! ホントに全て込みで大満足 ビーチが目の前で、カヤック、SUP、ペタルボートも何度も無料で体験できます、風が強い日はできませんが‥ レストランも事前に予約をして、フレンチかターキッシュまたは中華から選べます。 日替わりのビュッフェスタイルももちろんあり。 バーのメニューも豊富でスタッフはみんなとてもフレンドリー、居心地のいいリゾートです。 テニスコート、アクアランドも使えます。 7日間いても全然飽きず色々な体験ができます。 スキューバダイビングも体験できますよ。 ホテルに隣接というかホテル敷地内にあります。 9時からのコースで帰ってくるのは12:30頃、PADIのインストラクターが丁寧に教えてくれるので安心です。興味のある方、試してみる価値ありです♪。サティフィケイトももらえますよ

The hotel and its staft was very well organised and helpful. Always there to help us. As We get access to Aqualand as well which was an extraordinary experience for all of us. Excellent food with best cocktails.. A place to definitely to come again. Lovely atmosphere

My fiancé and i went to maritim for my birthday and booked a junior suite but i do not recommend this hotel at all!!!!! I am a regular customer but not anymore because as mauritian we are not valued there. The rooms are not cleaned as they should be. Not only that we paid 4000rs for a session of undersea walk but we were not given any attention because there were 2 girls who paid to take pictures as well so they were more priviledged than us as if we did not pay anything. My fiancé and i were left to stand on one place but its underwalk not standing undersea! I wasted my money for a worst experience. For junior suite, we had to receive a sparkling wine and a couple massage but we had to go to the reception to ask for the wine and the spa was not even aware of the couple massage. Even the mini bar was not refilled on the second day, we had to go the reception again. Like they are not well informed as well not only that but the hotel is found in mauritius but locals are not welcomed at all! Especially MR SANJAY who was working at the reception, please be nice and courteous to your clients whether they are foreigners or not! A CLIENT IS A CLIENT DESPITE THEIR NATIONALITY! Be respectful! There is no need to be rude to mauritians clients . There is a way to address to a client if they are asking something because we paid for that! But some of the staff were really nice like Mr Raj, Mr Prakash and Mr Vinay who served us with dedication. As a client i would request everyone to be aware of these things but i would never go there to waste my money again for workers to be rude to me. I PAID TO BE THERE!!! A message to Upper Management of Maritim please teach your staffs manners and courtesy and this is pivotal in hospitality! Thank you!

We are just back from a family holiday in Maritim Crystals Beach. Can’t praise Kids Club guys highly enough. Stephano, Jia and Anshi (as well as others) went above and beyond to make our boys’ stay unforgettable. Also special thank you to all the boys at the bars who worked hard daily. Nice location, beautiful beach and Aqualand on site was a hit with our kids. Food was ok and the evening at French Restaurant was a highlight for us. Rooms are in need of renovation but ours was spacious enough with all the amenities we needed. Overall, a good stay for us and we would come back to this resort.

great hotel for families with children. we had a wedding here, the ladies in the SPA are very skilled. Janette did beautiful makeup and Thea did a beautiful hairdo, the massage was great too. Food was great and delicious. The hotel staff are kind.

Our first stay in Mauritius and what a splendid stay. Was welcomed by the most friendly staff, Tameeta who attended to us with the most beautiful smile and personality, very helpful. We do not speak French but she accommodated us in a very friendly manner. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends. Many thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable!

We had the worst experience. We therefore strongly recommend guests to consider twice before booking this hotel with terrible customer service. To start with, we arrived there for an on time booking but we were asked to wait for 45 minutes as the rooms were not ready. Once we checked in to our room, the floor was still wet and dirty. There was also a leakage of the minibar which caused our baby to fell down. This could have been very serious indeed. The phone was not operational and we had to walk to the reception which was very far and a waste of time. When the incident was reported , they changed our minibar and checked the phone also. Fair enough. For tea time , all the three outdoor coffee machines were out of order. When reported we were asked to use chose found inside the restaurant which was also in same condition. The strict minimum is to check the tidiness and phone before allocating a room to any guest. Being vegetarians, we were at least expecting to be treated with a choice of menu. But the only veg food was tomato sauce with pasta. Not even a salad or potato wedges for kids. The worst is that a same spoon was being used for the non veg Bolognese sauce and the veg one. As a sign of respect for vegetarians , this could have been taken care of by serving another spoon. To conclude we had a terrible experience at this hotel and the staffs did not want to cooperate or help. We decided to leave the hotel the same night

Checkin was quick, we book in all inclusive with a jacuzzi room . Room was quite spacious but it’s too old , bed was sinking , towel was old as well. Curtain was broken . The best thing about the hotel was the food . Food is really nice we enjoy the buffet they provide yummy delicious food . Entertainment is ok. Got a few shop in the hotel but price wise a bit expensive Staff are courteous

When we checked in, it was a disaster. - The room was dirty - The toilet was leaking - There was something that looked like a bloodstain in front of the door The thing that transformed our experience is Mr Ajay who sent another crew to do deep cleaning of the room, and the cleaning supervisor (week of 15th to 20th April) in block 8105, who followed up and made sure. - The room was deep-cleaned - The leaky toilet was fixed - The stain was power-washed That level of staff attentiveness triggered by Mr Ajay was the first good sign. The reception wasn't very helpful. The Kids Club is a genius idea ... our daughter spent most of her time there and had a lot of fun. The staff there are also amazing. It helps a lot that Aqualand waterpark is on the grounds. The heated pool was amazing. **Things I didn't like** - the procedure for booking an ala carte restaurant was a bit tedious. - they had a poster for an "All White Party" featuring only caucasians in the photo. While wasn't intentional, it sent a wrong message. My daughter, on seeing that picture, said, "Oh, Daddy, that's only for white people." I pointed it out to someone at the reception and I'll be checking to see if they address it (it wasn't when we left). I'll certainly consider visiting again but I'd be more adamant about inspecting the room before settling in.

Unsafe Hotel I stayed 5 days with my family.I put DND sign when i join the hotel at first day and when we came back to the room someone took our DND sign so i called House keeping and reception two times please bring me another one but they never care about that did not bring it.So when we left from the room for dinner we did not put Clean my room sign and hotel worker whos name is L***s joined my room after 6:35pm to clean my room and he stole my 50$ on the table and some Turkish Lira and he decided to chech my wife bagge which is inside of the wardrobe and he took about 260$ and some Turkish money from her wallet.Hotel never care about that I talked to manager of the hotel with the lady she is crazy about money and she said to me if you dont like you can leave from the hotel. Do not go that horrible hotel otherwise someone steal your money and hotel says this is not my problem.

Our second year at Crystal Beach and it was just as good as the last. Vinah and the spa team were absolutely wonderful. Head Waiter Raj and his team were particularly helpful with trying to feed two very small children. Belle Mare beach is always divine and we are looking forward to our next stay, and for many years to come!

The hotel lived up to our expectations. The beach is wonderful, the grounds of the hotel are breathtaking, the room was spacious and condition was really ok, the staff - most of them very friendly. However some of Indian staff looked tired and annoyed at us, maybe because they were thinking, that we are Russians, which we are not, we are proud Lithuanians, who would never want to be associated with Russians. Special thanks to Mr. Aman, he was very professional and friendly towards us, we felt special :) It is a great place to stay with kids, due to many families choosing it because of Aqua Land, which was a cherry on the top. Maybe it is worth mentioning the staff at the reception on our check out. We had a situation with a luggage pick up person, since he didn't arrive to our room even though we asked twice and reception promised that he is on the way. So we had to drag our luggage to reception ourselves. No problem at all, we are not spoiled or ect., but when we came to reception for check out, nobody asked us about the towel cards or room keys, we just paid our additional bill and that's all. I supposed if we ourselves would not have remembered about them and bring them back home by mistake, we would have been charged for it. And at the end nobody asked us how was our stay/holidays at the hotel, wished us safe trip home... That would have been the perfect ending to the perfect holidays in Mauritius. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the manager at the restaurant, who was by the way also very nice to us, but I will always remember his words "You have to leave in order to come back...". Looking forward to coming back to Mauritius one day :)

The staffs were amazing.. Actually this was what made my stay and experience at Maritim Crystal Beach Hotel awesome. A very special thanks to Mr Samad, Mr Aman and the very sweet & lovely, Ms Vanshika. They really add a memorable touch to my journey in the hotel. It's a pleasure to deal with such professional, humble and kind-hearted people, who make sure that you have the best time ever.
