RASレジデンシー(Ras Residency)

Staff is very welcoming. Rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. Food was excellent! Centre of kumbhakonam ! Service is also very good ! The south indian thali was very satisfying. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Location is near all temples.

Overall hotel was unclean and we found hair and stains on the bed. We had booked for two nights, but the hotel was dirty we left after one night even though we would lose the money for the second night.

This is a new hotel. Room is quite comfortable and large for a couple. Few improvements are required like regular room cleaning and faster service. Also check devices and appliances in room. Staff are very friendly and helping. I also had flexible check in/ check out option. Goof value for money.

The rooms were good and the staff reasonably alright. But full credit must go to Sathishkumar Vaitheeswaran for taking special care of our travel requirements. The hotel did not seem to have its own car to drop visitors. However, Satish went out of the way to arrange outside vehicles on both days we stayed there. Awesome work!!! The room service was not value for money. A bottle of Bisleri was charged ₹42+taxes. And this was not indicated by the staff beforehand. The cafeteria had ***y staff walking around but very less to understand and serve our requirements. One person takes the order; another person serves the water, a third person brings part of the food, and a fourth person, the remaining food. And a very strange way of making a Gpay at the counter, as opposed to the dining table :-) The kitchen is located one mile away from the veg section, and the chappatis were overpriced. Essentially a good place to have South Indian non-vegetarian food. Vegetarians have limited choices, but that is alright. No complaints. The complementary breakfast was good.
