Recently stayed with family room are big neat and clean , bathroom was spacious with 24hour hot water , pure veg restaurant authentic taste more options on buffet breakfast, very friendly staffs , over all feel good and highly recommend place for family and business people. Thanks for the hospitality 😊😊👍😊

The room was very good. The room service is moderate. House keeping is moderate. The breakfast is good but repeated every day with absolutely no varities. So you get disgusted. The staff are limited and more so they have recruited from north east and they are fully exploited day in day oput with moderate co****sation. The price of menu are exhorbitant and taste wise it is just normal and nothing extraordinary. The hotel has to plan and implement more snce thay have ambition only it seems

Never expected this much facility standard in a hotel located in a second level city like Kumbakonam. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Hotel is proximity to all local temples . Food served in the hotel attached restaurant is very tasty too. Eager to visit one more time sure-

Place is very clean and nice. close to the shopping areas. Only suggestion is to have a good option for the car drivers who visit.

Perfect location next to Sarangpani Temple and walking distance to Adi Kumbeshwara. On the main road so easily accessible and has a good parking. Rooms are good too. Despite that this is avoidable because of service. 1. The room service is very poor. They forgot my order and so I re-ordered after 45 mins. Then also they took 45 mins. 2. I booked their suite and still had to ask for towels, cattle and tea bags. Tea bags never arrived even after reminding. 3. The room access card didn't work and thus I had to use the key. Even the key worked on its whims. Had to call them to help. 3. They took a lot of time to replenish breakfast items that got finished. Even plates and tea-cups you have to ask. When they can't replenish, they can't of course take care of cleaning the tables/vending area. 4. Learning from room service and breakfast we reached for dinner at 7:15 itself, so they can take time. After 45 mins they served half the order - curries and some chapati's but not other parrottas to go with the curries. After waiting for 10 mins they told it will take another 10 mins, and when I pointed out by that time the curries will all be cold - they had no answer. We waited for another 15 mins and left at around 8:30 pm to go to another restaurant. They have the infra, location, even staff but not the service attitude

One of the Worst Hotel ever, please do not stay at this hotel, no safety for any one there, the staffs and ***ager are not meant to be professional. Unprofessional behaviour by every one at the hotel, please do not stay in this hotel

Don't choose this hotel, you will be cheated, they are selling water bottles for 15 rupees more than MRP, if you ask the ***ager will threaten and abuse with words saying they are local and we cannot do anything against them. The ***ager is not willing to say his name also when asked such an attitude person is running the hotel and am not sure whether the (Owners are aware of such things, FYI, this type of people will definitely ruin your business soon.) The Hotel failed to provide basic requirements, as well as the hotel is charging RS. 35 for one litre of Water bottle with NRP mentioned in the bottle RS. 20/-, the ***ager is very poor in approaching guest and threatened us by saying abusive words for de***ding MRP price for the bottle,

We had a bad experience recently with this hotel ***agement, they lied to us when we reached hotel stating that no rooms despite doing all needed confirmations. We strongly recommend not to book this hotel as they lacked integrity.

Room had a few broken things. The room key was not working
