The hotel was nice and lush .The bed , bedding and the pillows were soft ,clean and comfortable .There are shops around the hotel ,we had a nice Korean bbq just next to the hotel .The hotel offers a drop off at the train station .Will definitely come again .

The location is closed to the train station. The hotel have free shuttle service to the train station. The price is cheap with good location and services although outside of the room looks old and not so clean.

Fantastic hotel if you’re looking to stay in the area or wanting to stay near the Kunming South Railway station. Below the hotel there’s a 24hr convenient store too. Perfect for late arrival. Although the Ground floor lift lobby looks abit run down but the rest of it is pretty good. Room is spacious and clean. And the hotel staff is friendly too and I wasn’t charged the RMB100 deposit

We just stayed one quick night as we had a train late into town and an early train in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was VERY helpful with some extra things we needed sorted before our train. Location was convient, it was quick to walk to from the train station and fast to Didi back in the morning. Would stay again if I was in the same situation.
Also, nice proximity to a huge number of shops, and food stalls.

Clean rooms and new. Definitely a place to stay when visiting this area. We stayed here to catch a train early morning as the station is walking distance.

Very sleek and modern hotel. This (I say this because this building has other hotels as well) hotel corridor and hotel room are very clean, fresh and nice. It is in the University Town and in this town there is night market. Every other step is a food store or hotel. The hotel can be hard to locate since one building could have multiple hotels with their own front desk. The Railway Station is just nearby. The is a slight typo in the trip.com website "hopin" it should be "houpin" as seen in the picture.

Less than 2kms from Kunming South Railway Station with convenience stores and local night market nearby.
Room was very spacious and clean but only negative was that is smelled of smoke from previous guests.
Some street noise even on the 17th floor!
A good option if you are catching a train in/out of Kunming South station.
