We stayed here for one night. The people at the reception are always available to take the calls. Before reaching the hotel couple of days in advance, we requested for a wheel chair to be taken out to the Jogulamba temple visit . Mr. Naveen took the call and assured of it . We could reach the hotel from Siddipet almost by 3 AM .They were ready to receive and confirm about the wheel chair as it was a priority item for us as my wife has some health issues. Mr. Ajit at the reception immediately recognized as Mr. Naveen briefed him about the requirement. They took only a nominal refundable deposit .The room is very good. They gave us extended time for almost 4 hours plus at our request as we came very late. We recommend this to all. And, we want to keep the service of M/s Naveen and Ajit on record. For the budget, the hotel rooms are definitely a good deal. 1. Parking: underground parking gives the feel of old building 2. Location: this property is located right in front of a mall 3. Lift: as the property reception is on the 3rd floor, the old style lift is there to take you there 4. Check-in process: quick process and they collect very relevant information 5. Rooms: the room and the washroom are spacious and are kept clean. 6. The only drawback worth mentioning here is the presence of mosquitos. Can't imagine the count of those mosquitos. They already had the all-out put in the room and i assumed that could control the mosquitos. I was wrong, after a tiring day i was expecting to fall asleep as soon as i went to bed however i could manage to sleep after 5am that too when i requested the receptionist for another all-out and put that also on. Planned check-out was 6am to cover the journey but missed it because of not having proper sleep.

The property is situated right in the heart of the town. The kinda r eddy fort is just 3 km away. Though the road in front of the property is busy, the accommodation is good with an effective air conditioner and the rooms are soundproof. Have ample parking in the cellar and the gate is kept closed during the night with a watchman to take care of the vehicles. On the whole, good place to stay in kurnool

Tooms are good and well maintained. Facilities are good and the hotel staff are very good and helpful. Enjoyed the stay and would like visit this property next time.

Good location was perhaps one of the best plus points that I could find in this hotel. Other than that, it was not a pleasant stay. I was greeted with a room with a filthy ceiling fan, and broken door handles. The AC kept going on and off. The AC temperature had to be controlled by calling the reception. There was no AC control system available in the room. Hot water for bathing is available only in the morning. Restaurant staff was totally uncooperative. Hence, I opted not to eat there inspite of having a free breakfast offer. They changed my room late in the night after rectifying many of the above, but it displayed poor housekeeping and untrained staff. There was no senior GM who could address the issues. Would not like to repeat the experience.

We halted at this hotel last week (June 2022) for Jogulamba temple visit. Best place to stay clean rooms, excellent service, good food and location, ample of parking space in basement, reasonable prices. Value for money. Go for it blindly. There are more options for food nearby too.
