I visited the hotel to inquire about room rates, but the receptionist, Manoj, was very unprofessional. When I asked to see pictures of the rooms, he refused and told me to check Google. I then requested to see a specific room, and he rudely said there were no available rooms. He was dismissive and disrespectful, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me there was no manager available. This was a deeply disappointing experience. The hotel should consider hiring Arabic-speaking staff who understand the culture and can treat guests with the professionalism and respect they deserve. The service, particularly from employees from India, was well below the standard expected in the hospitality industry. I had planned to book a two-bedroom suite, but I changed my mind due to this poor treatment. Additionally, the recommendations I received from my friends were misleading, and I was left extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
2 day stopover for business Great hotel early checkin arranged as I got there early morning after a red eye Staff were extremely helpful though out my stay , nothing was a problem Great breakfast with lots of options Shame I was only there for 2 days so didn’t have time to use all the facilities available but I will be back later in the year for a far longer stay.
Small hotel, clean located a bit out of the city. Close to a few small shops. About 15 drive to avenues mall. Rooms are small. Barely enough room to put out 2 suitcases. The most annoying thing is no power points beside the beds. The only real problem we had was the shower drain was very slow to drain. Probably wouldn't stay again as hotels close to the big malls are more appealing to me
WWorldWideTravel88Most people get out of Kuwait for New Year, instead we went in. We had a quiet and lovely stay at St.Regis and did not regret picking this destination. It did not seem like the hotel cut back on staff count despite low occupancy so we could have personal service in the various restaurants and in the kids club; overall we enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a suite as Marriott Ambassador Elite guests and the suite was nice and comfortable. The bed was great and we could sleep well every night. The only mild negative I would say is that for a hotel of this caliber, suites should have 1.5 bath but unfortunately this one did not have the convenient extra half bathroom. We made good use of the kids club and our daughter enjoyed spending time there. The staff there were great and there was a lot of variety of games for children to play. The restaurant for breakfast was quiet every morning and included made to order dishes along with a buffet which had many interesting local options. Breakfast was a strong point of the hotel although the venue betrays the age of the building with low ceilings despite being recently renovated. For New Year's eve dinner, we went to the hotel's Iranian restaurant which had equally good service and we enjoyed the special occasion. Overall despite some weaknesses I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel.
ゲゲストStaffs are very welcoming and helpful especially Marry who assisted us on our check-in. She answers all our questions patiently. The room were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the foods in breakfast buffet served in Bays Restaurant. Lifeguards in the pool area are attentive on our kid's safety. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
