ホテル シルビア(Hotel Silvia)

A comfortable, clean hotel close enough to visit the city particularly if you have a car. There are also a few parking space outside the hotel, and if they are full there is also ample street parking. However when we checked in to the hotel, the staff there obviously did not know how to retrieve our money paid via ********** through the system and she was asking us to pay onsite again. After a round of explanation and negotiation, she agreed to let us into our room suggesting that we will look into the issue the next morning when we check out (while still insisting that we will pay if she cannot get the money). She kept mentioning that they don't receive a lot of booking through ********** so it is obvious that it is her not knowing how to use the ********** system. Luckily a while later she told us that she was able to speak to someone at ********** to have it resolved. She was trying to be helpful and it was obviously a case of incompetence on her end, but we thought that if you are going to take bookings via **********, it is better that the hotel train their staff better on these procedures.

Nous nous sommes arretés dans cet hotel pour une nuit... Agreablement surpris. Petit hotel sympa,propre et personnel souriant. Les chambres sont petites mais suffisantes et climatisees. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Chambre tres correcte, personnel sympathique. Juste lascenseur , il ne faut pas etre cardiaque... dans l'ensemble cetait tres bien.

Muy buen servicio y acomodación pero sobretodo muy cerca de la playa Empuriabrava. La atención de Nina en recepción fue inmejorable pues solventó todas nuestras dudas y necesidades. Éramos 5 (2+3) y nos ofrecieron un apartamento de 2 habitaciones con aire acondicionado en cada habitación. El apartamento completo con todo lo de una casa. Las toallas muy limpias y buenas. Sirven café y bolleria gratis en la mañana. Este hotel sorprende pues lo que encuentras en internet está muy por debajo de la realidad. Sin duda alguna repetiría y lo recomendaré a mis allegados!!!!

Très bon accueil, agréable et souriant. Chambre conforme à l offre commerciale. Propreté nickel tant dans la chambre , la salle de bain que dans les parties communes. Climatisation bienvenue et pratique. Hôtel très bien placé et parking facile.

Bonjour le parking été plein par des motos du coup je n ai pas pu garer mon véhicule et le prix de la chambre ne vaut pas mensualités prix malheureusement Très mauvaise vu les draps été tacher et les rideaux sale

Hôtel très sympa cela dit il faudrait qu'il soit moins bruyant dans le sens où on entend les gens dans les chambres et dans les couloirs mur un peu fin hors mis un peu de bruit très bon séjour

Très bon accueil avec tous les renseignements et le sourire. Chambre et sdb très propres.
