オーベルジュ・デ・21(Auberge des 21)

A 15 mn en voiture de Saguenay mais avec tous les services sur place (alimentation, restos sympas ...). Le personnel est très attentif et surtout, il y a des vélos à disposition ! Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec des bagages lourds, il faut demander un rdc car pas d'ascenseur.

The owners are taking care of each guest personally.... helped me going around the area .... superb ppace to be ... dinning options are good inhouse. A few dinning options on walkable distance.

Wonderful hotel, in the absolute perfect location, right by the water, the beach, restaurants, and shops... Take in all the beauty of the fjord. The staff is super lovely, friendly and caring, you feel like family there. Our rooms were great, super clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. I can't recommend enough, the only place I stay at when I go to Saguenay. Thanks for everything! :-) Merveilleux hôtel dont l'emplacement est absolument parfait et magnifique. Près de la baie, de la plage, du parc Mars, de restaurants et boutiques. Vue imprenable sur le fjord. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et on se sent tous les bienvenus. Nos chambres étaient confortables, spacieuses et propres. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux et celles qui voyagent au Saguenay, c'est le seul endroit où je séjourne quand je visite la région. Merci pour tout! :-)

The hotel is strategically located facing the beautiful Saguenay Fjord. Walking distance to the best places to visit in La Baie and the best restaurants and pubs. Lots of parking space, very good internet speeds at more than 100mbps for business travellers. The building is not new but it's in very decent shape and clean. Guest rooms are all very quiet and sound proofed, big and comfortable. Their mattresses are top quality. The staff is extremely friendly and highly professional. From the front desk staff to the managers, they will all make you feel welcome from the very beginning. à My colleagues and I have been to this hotel several times for business trips and we will always return.

Great location! The hotel room was nice and clean and the bed was confortable.

Strange hotel. Not terrible but odd. No elevator so lugged luggage up stairs. Breakfast was odd no water. Very Quebec food choices I guess. Some odd salad and cereal. Beautiful area, great restaurant rt down street. Saguenay is a fun interesting town.

We were given an upgraded room overlooking the bay. It was a cozy and quiet room- no road noise, this is a very small town. Our reservation didn't include breakfast, there are few restaurants within walking distance. We arrived around 1pm although standard check in time is 4pm. We had to hang around for three hours as they didn't accommodate us earlier.

I got a room where the ventillation and AC system are making an insane noise. I heard My neibhour snooring like he was next to me. Old hotel. A very bad experience

The hotel is charming, rooms with hardwood wardrobes, massive tables and doors with actual keys. The breakfast is continental, but not the usual scrambled eggs. Instead gourmand salads, and fruits, very tasty. The staff very kind and attentive, and the owners even kinder. The dinner in the restaurant is very well done, great chef, and they have great deals. The view to the waterfront from the lobby and restaurant is beautiful. A very pleasant place to stay.
