It was a beautiful property and the staff was friendly and very pleasant all the time. I very much enjoyed my stay. My only comment was that housekeeping never gave the same towels everyday - sometimes I would get face clothss and sometimes nothing. On the second last day of our stay the room was still not cleaned at 4pm.

It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and it was fun. The Pool closed at 6pm that was bad and no one spoke any english it was fun but we would not go back.

Quite family resort. If you are coming for that clear water sea, this resort is not for you. Water in the sea was dirty and not clear at all. Food was amazing. Service was good. No hot water in the room, only warm. Overall good resort.

The property was very clean. The food was just ok and not always good and the drinks were just ok. The night time entertainment was boring and felt like there was nothing to do in the evenings

The facility and rooms are nice and clean, however, we found the service a bit lacking given it is an ******* VIP property. In addition to this, someone in our party had food poisoning and was quite sick for a couple days. The beach was not very nice and the water was murky, not the typical blue waters you expect in the Caribbean. The staff were nice, but they didn’t always have. A great focus on serving the guests…they seemed to enjoy chatting with each other more than helping people waiting in line. The drinks at the resort were limited and not very good…

You could not take food out to the beach or by the pool while you could drink it was not good you need to have some food and snack by pool and beach also the towels were very old
