ラ・シオタの3つ星ホテル

このホテルはセントジャンのビーチにあります。最近改装され、部屋のアメニティは問題ありません(素晴らしいシャワー、Netflix付きスマートテレビなど)。バルコニー付きの部屋は持っているものです - 残念ながら、私たちはこれらを一つ持っていませんでした。プールエリアはサンベッドが足りないため機能しないので、プールを本当に使わなかった。サービスは少し遅いかもしれませんが、スタッフは全体的にフレンドリーです。価格の良い場所。

Avevo letto recensioni negative sulla pulizia di questo Residence, quindi sono partita con un kit di detersivi per evitarmi problemi. Al mio arrivo ho lavato con igienizzante tutto il bilocale che ci era stato assegnato e sinceramente l'ho trovato accettabilmente pulito. Il bagno, la cucina, i ripiani erano tutti puliti. Sicuramente gli ambienti sono un pochino 'vissuti', ma nell'insieme la nostra impressione è più che soddisfacente. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale comodissimo come pure il divano letto. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati ed il fatto di avere un balcone ci ha permesso di preparare la nostra colazione in autonomia e tranquillità. La posizione è più che ottima, proprio in centro e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Calanques de Figuerolles. La grand plage resta un pochino più distante, ma se piace camminare non c'è problema, in alternativa c”è il bus. Il personale del Residence è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Il fatto poi che ci sia un posteggio (a pagamento) è utilissimo. Nell'insieme siamo rimasti soddisfatti....direi più che soddisfatti.

Bon rapport qualité prix ! Très bon accueil de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel. Chambre propre et confortable. Très bien situé (à 5min à pieds du port). Parking de 4 ou 5 places à l'hôtel. Sinon un parking payant est juste en face de l'établissement (comptez 25€ pour 3 jours). Seul bémol : le prix du petit déjeuner qui est un peu trop élevé à mon goût. Hôtel adapté pour un séjour de quelques nuits !

si l'hôtel en lui même offre des prestations et un confort correct, sa situation excentrée par rapport aux commerces et aux plages est un handicap. Il est indispensable d'y venir en voiture. Les charges y afférent (facturation place de parking, coût de recharge pour voiture électrique) augmentent encore une note déjà importante. Le service d'intervention en moins de 15' en cas de problème fonctionne mais ne met pas à l'abri d'argumentations fumeuses voire autoritaires (”ça fait 5 ans que je travaille ici donc je maîtrise”). Il nous a fallut attendre le 3e appel pour que notre problème de climatisation soit réglé grâce au professionnalisme de Jean-Marc. Nous avons néanmoins passé 1 nuit sur 5 dans un sauna. Malgré la compétence du réceptionniste de nuit, un renfort serait nécessaire sur ce créneau afin de rendre le service plus fluide. Au regard de la pléthore de personnel en journée et encore plus en semaine, le vivier de candidature à ce poste semble large.

On our trip to Provence, we spent 3 nights at the Moxy. The hotel is located on the outskirts of La Ciotat in a newly built complex with various restaurants, bars and cinema. It is also ideally located for excursions to Cassis or Marseille. The very friendly staff invited us to a welcome drink. This can also be upgraded with snacks. At the Moxy, the design and practicality is always there. This applies to the lobby (incl. table football), the reading room or also the room. We spent the three nights in a family room with enough space and comfort. The tea and coffee maker were included. The breakfast is simple, but quite ok. Unfortunately, we could not use the roof top swimming pool. All in all, a very modern and well-maintained hotel, highly recommended.
