Excellent staff, very courteous and helpful. Very flexible on leaving day to use facilities after check out and storing luggage. Location fairly good, swimming pool very pleasant. La Clusaz is a good spot for a few days skiing. Snowed just before we arrived as well and sunshine during the day ++

Great stay, had everything we needed, good location, links to a ski shop, easy to store skis near lifts. Comfy beds.

We stayed with our 3 year old daughter. Staff was very friendly, breakfast is large and enjoyable. Ski bus is a few steps away, and we went to the swimming pool (albeit a bit dark). We spent very nice holidays. Thank you

Stayed 4 nights for snowboarding trip. Excellent location in the centre of town. Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The rooms were very small but the beds very comfortable. Clean bathroom with a great shower. The any negative was the pool was cold.

Reception and staff generally very helpful food in restaurant excellent! However first night booked a table for 9pm arrived at 9.02pm due to delayed flight and was told kitchen was shut!! Did get food after making an almighty fuss!! Pool very very cold!!! Told on departure it was 29 degrees but that is the temperature of the tropical pool in centre parcs this was certainly not a pool for anything other than hard swimming not for relaxing or playing with your children. Location though is good for skiing and the town.

Our family stayed at the Carlina for the second time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in connecting south facing rooms with have great mountain views and a balcony. Room sizes are decent. Food in the restaurant is of a high standard and the daily menu is good value, although we had one day when a few items were sold out. We left our skis at a rental shop next to the slopes overnight which is a 7 minute walk from the hotel and there is also a local shuttle bus nearby.

Here for a ski holiday with family and friends. Very friendly and caring staff really made the hotel stay. Nice and quiet rooms and good breakfast also real positives. A slight walk uphill from the ski lifts at the end of the day only (minor) negative. Happy to recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

Having asked the hotel receptionist to book our return transfer from La Clusaz to Geneva airport via a local shuttle service ( 40 euro PP) as the wi fi signal was too poor to use our ipad. We found on our departure that the hotel had actually booked the return completely wrong and we had to ask the hotel to arrange a last minute taxi to avoid us missing our flights. We asked for the hotel to accept responsibility for there mistake and make amends by paying for the taxi which was 150 Euros which they refused to do and actually blamed us for there booking error. The owner had the discretion to accept the hotel error which had caused us a lot of stress but refused.
