Lovely weekend with friends at Heron Inn & Day Spa in quaint and beautiful LaConner. The Inn is so welcoming, friendly and has super comfortable accommodations. Very convenient to interesting shops and good quality restaurants. Parking is free in LaConner. One highlight was the Day Spa and I had an hour of bliss with my massage therapist, Alexa. I have back issues and she did a deep tissue/muscle massage and was very informative on suggestions for my back going forward. I felt great afterward and so relaxed, plus my skin smelled so softly fragrant. Next time, I will book 90 minutes with Alexa. We also enjoyed chatting with other guests during our breakfast which was included with our stay. Bonus--area is very quiet during sleeping hours!! We would definitely recommend this trip.

We made a mid week, w day visit at the Inn, room 21. I loved that room, very cozy and the bed was so comfortable, I slept great. Loved the fireplace. I really enjoyed the interaction with the proprietor Olin, who enjoyed the contact with the guests as well. It was such a friendly, personal atmosphere. The breakfast is good, the coffee very good. They also had my favorite tea brand. I have booked again.

Very nice rooms with great accomodations. Very had everything we needed for this stay and felt very welcome by the staff. Breakfast was great and everything was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and we would recommend anyone to stay here for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. We come often and always enjoy our stay. We enjoy the ambiance and it makes us feel like we are in a home away from home. Located just a short walk to the main street and waterfront. I highly recommend staying here.

The Heron Inn and Day Spa is our home from home in beautiful La Conner, Washington. We have visited there regularly over the years for bird watching, enjoying the tulips and daffodils and linking up with friends. Our most recent visit on 2/7/24 was to see the huge flocks of snow geese, trumpeter swans and ducks. As always, we got a warm welcome from hosts Olin and Alvin who are very helpful and friendly. Olin even called us with reports on the best swan watching spots.The rooms are large, comfortable and nicely furnished - ours had a nice view out over the Inn’s garden and the intensively farmed fields beyond. We always enjoy the included breakfast, a nice mix of fruit and yogurt with a selection of egg and meat dishes to follow. The Inn’s location is great - it is quiet with good parking, and an easy stroll to the nearby shops and restaurants which have a wide variety of offerings. It is no surprise for us to find ourselves returning often to the Inn. Next stop in April for the tulips! Thank you Olin, Jamie and Alvin.

We planned a 'girls' weekend, which included a massage for each of us (three). We had a very relaxing, time. Our massages were wonderful, I know first hand mine was. I heard glowing remarks from the other two 'girls'. The staff was friendly, responsive, and enjoyable to interact with when we needed assistance or had questions. Thank you so much for an amazing time away from the normal day-to-day life. We are planing on doing this again very soon!

The location was great - it was very walkable to the Waterfront and the other museums in the area. The spa services were also really convenient since we stayed over. There was also an electric car charger about a 2 minute walk away as well.

We stayed at the Heron for our anniversary, and were so glad we did! This place is utterly charming. Staff are all super kind and helpful, and our room with fireplace and jacuzzi was clean, big, and very comfortable. Our couples massage was amazing. We would 100% love to return to the Heron for another stay!

Cutest bed & breakfast I have ever been to! Came for my bday and wanted a jetted tub in the room, and got literally the biggest tub I have ever seen in a room. They provided a bath bomb and bath salts. There's a fireplace across from the tub. It's super affordable for how nice it is! Cozy cottage vibes, not super fancy. Booked the "Head to Toe" massage and it was insane, high recommend, she did great! We ate breakfast both mornings we were here and was personally cooked for and served by the owner. He was so nice and made sure everything was comfortable for us. 12/10 definitely staying again!
