ココロ(Hotel Kokoro Mineral Hot Springs)

Liked the convenience and experience of the hot pools. Nice separate cabins and good breakfast and pleasant staff.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be off the beaten path. Very clean staff. Excellent I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the hot spring and all the wildlife on the hotel campus. The hotel owner and her family were so kind and helpful when our shuttle unexpectedly canceled on us, arranging for a ride to get us to San Jose.

Welcoming and super friendly staff, beautiful setting and everything you need to relax. Hot springs on the grounds, pool, massage, restaurant. And a very convenient location to area attractions and adventures

Beautiful hotel, all the surroundings is just amazing with amazing views of the volcano Arenal, but what really makes the difference is the people who works here. The service is amazing. They are very friendly and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. A big shout to Yath and Alexa, they were the best host I have ever had. They treat you like family. Please don’t hesitate, and book this hotel.

I loved the amenities offered, it’s easy to navigate the place, the room we stayed in was large and cute with everything we could need

This is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, wonderful mineral hot springs in a very natural setting.

The property itself is very beautiful with lots of birds in the area. We enjoyed the mineral pools on both nights of our stay. And the staff is very kind. Would recommend!

Great experience! The staff was very helpful in helping us plan our itinerary as well as help us call taxis and even shuttled us around to the farther out areas! They were amazing and 100% would recommend this hotel.
