ホテル セルビグループ オレンジ(Hotel Servigroup Orange)

Stayed here for a few nights with my friend, after we stayed here last year we decided to book again. Rooms are a bit dated but have most things that are needed. It would benefit from glasses, a kettle and cups. Beds are small but comfy. Towels were changed every day and room was always clean. TV worked but not English channels but we weren’t bothered as we weren’t in the room long enough to watch tv. Location is excellent, literally just off the square. Even though it’s in the hub of Benidorm, the rooms are good at keeping out the noise from outside and we both had decent sleep. Breakfast was always hot, tasty and plentiful. Always able to find a table as the restaurant was massive. Hotel is now a jet2 vibe hotel which it wasn’t last year. I was a little apprehensive as we both need our sleep and hoped it hadn’t changed into a party hotel, we were glad to see it hasn’t. I think as it’s slightly more expensive, it doesn’t attract as many group bookings. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s perfect for a stay in Beni. I’d definitely stay here again

The food is so good restaurant very bright and its spotless has a nice bar 2nd time that I have been at this hotel comfy beds it's very local near all the bars Would stay again next time I'm in benidorm

Stayed here in August on my own, as met up with friends that were staying elsewhere. Room was extremely small, small double bed and no balcony. I was only here for 2 nights so it was OK for just sleeping in, but wouldn't be acceptable for a longer stay. It was extremely clean, and surprisingly quiet. The pool bar was quite expensive, but the food was nice. Pools were nice and refreshing. I didnt eat breakfast as I overslept. The location was great, right outside cade benidorm. This would be a great party hotel, but couldn't see much going on in the daytime for kids. It was very pricey for the length of stay, but it was the summer holidays. I would come again but only for a short stay.

A group of 5 men in 2 rooms. Only issue was we asked for 2 twin rooms but the room with the 2 sharing was a small double bed and it couldn't be changed as the hotel was full. The staff are friendly and polite and we had room service everyday. The breakfast was probably the best I've had in a hotel abroad. Plenty of sun loungers. Great location for the fun and the room had great sound proofing so you're not kept awake with the partying. If I return to benidorm I would book this hotel again

Weekend stay at this lovely hotel. First time in Benidorm and it did not disappoint. The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and the location is excellent. We were in room 213 at the end of corridor overlooking the pool area. Bars across road but didn’t hear noise at night when doors were closed. Breakfast and evening meal plenty of choice and delicious! Pool area has plenty of beds, pool bar staff very friendly. We are a couple in our 50’s and although a few groups of men on football tours etc staying at the hotel, they were not loud etc, everyone was so friendly and enjoying themselves. All in all a great hotel, and will definitely be back.

This review is late coming We stayed the Orange Hotel in our larger lout days 1982/1983, yes that is the correct dates. 10 single lads 18 to 20 years old always member drinking around the pool during the day very friendly. In those days large groups of single people but never had any trouble. we stayed in the front over looking the pool in the smaller part of the hotel. Looking to take the wife to the orange hotel at the good old age of 63 just to see what the hotel is like now and my favoured bar champions if it is still there. P/S the when did you go date i put in April 2024 because it did not have 1982/1983 may see you soon

Absolutely awful, i have JUST been here. Rooms so cramped furniture stacked on top of each other. Three single beds crammed into a small double room! We booked a double as a couple. Very dated too. No toiletries provided apart from a pump soap on wall. The food was average at best and same food repeated lunch and evenings. Stood one full hour in a huge queue to check in! Absolutely zero customer service or apology. Lots of stags and hens. Very noisy corridors all hours.

Just home today from 4 nights in this hotel. Firstly the staff were lovely and the room was cleaned daily. Unfortunately that’s the end of the nice comments. Check in was busy and took 45 minutes. We were given a disabled room on the ground floor with no balcony despite booking a room with a balcony. None of the English TV channels worked. The beds were brick hard and we hardly slept a wink. Not the relaxing break we hoped for - I’m happy to be home

My wife is there now till tomorrow, food has been shocking, tried to speak to managers as full board and had hardly any selection, sent to restaurant manager who did not care. Hotel is so basic. We have stayed in many hotels in benidorm normally all inclusive for less price than here and much better quality. 1 person in party is ill today with food bug not connected to post below. Avoid and stay elsewhere
