Un hotel, cerca de la playa, con unas Instalaciones muy bien conservadas. La comida variada y un servicio muy amable y atento.

Très bel hôtel, bien placé. Buffet très bon et varié. Le service est super avec un personnel très sympathique. 2 piscines, 2 ambiances. Adult only, très reposant et calme. Prix raisonnable pour le buffet et le spa

Hotel muy bonito y tranquilo, que era lo que buscábamos. la comida excepcional y la ubicación también. La única pega que no me ha gustado es que debería haber una puerta que separe el baño del dormitorio, porque se oía todo en los pasillos y no se podía descansar durante el día, por las chicas de la limpieza. Por lo demás muy bien.

Just returned from our second visit to this superb adults only hotel and it was every bit as good as our previous experience. Everywhere is very clean and smells lovely, the rooms are comfortable, food is really good with plenty of variety and the best thing about the hotel is the staff who are all first class. We had an issue with some very noisy and poorly behaved neighbours one night which was dealt with swiftly and discreetly by the excellent reception staff. Would recommend the Golden Costa Salou to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a quality hotel.

No issues at check Reception Staff excellent given bands as room not ready so we access food/drinks. Room pool facing good size with free Safe,Kettle,Coffee Machine,Google Chrome TV,Housekeeping did a great job. Floors 2 & 4 have Ice Machines and 1 & 3 have Water Dispensers Rooftop Bar Closed so unable to get drinks and little Sunbeds also Closed in the evening so why advertise this. Restraunt my god were do i start,very little Food Stations for so called 4 star Hotel Breakfast great if you like Continental as cooked was very poor Lunch limited choice on everything,no cold meats,poor choice of Desserts the guy on Grill Station didn't look if he wanted to be there,at 1:30 he still hadn't cooked anything. Evening meal not much better Starters not labelled and appeared to be mostly fish,no change to mr Happy on Grill Station,Carvery had one decent cut of meat over the 7 days we were there,limited choice of Deserts,Cheese served on one occasion,no themed nights which is strange,defo not 4 star quality have seen better 3 star Hotel's offer more choice and quality. Pool area is not large and no ambience, could see it getting busy as the week went on,space limited between beds,as Sun moves some end up in the shade. Bar service during the day was efficient for some 4 days then it stopped and appeared to have only one person serving sometimes having to wait some 20mins for service. Bar snacks available and good choice,avoid Burgers Evening Bar service a lot better and orders taken at your Table,best Act was the Violin player the rest mediocre. BE WARNED THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOTEL and defo not for the younger generation.

Marco the concierge is fantastic. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French. Marco helped us so much on information on transport, activities, and translation. He answered all our questions and there was a lot. Christian and Andrea from entertainment are great as well. They create a great a**osphere in the hotel. We would stay again just on how welcome these 3 members of staff made us feel. It would not be the same without them.

Food was awful and cold .we,had to eat out for breakfast and dinner after paying half board at hotel .were not fussy eaters,but it was awful .room has,no sink in toilet it's in the room no toilet brush or bin in toilet either .not catering for females ??? .hotel lovely and clean pool lovely location fantastic .entertainment was great .food and toilet let it down .never been at a hotel with sink outside the toilet not good and would not go back .would say its 3☆definitely not 4☆ .

Would recommend this hotel. Ideal location for getting about with a €10 plana bus card for 10 trips or however many you have in your party. Went to Cambrils and Tarragona - well worth a visit. Hotel is amazing - so clean and staff so friendly and helpful. Christian and Andrea the entertainment team organised activities and were lovely. Food is delicious and plenty of choice. We were all inclusive and it was so worth it. Entertainment at night finished at 11 and acts were very professional. Had a pool facing room. Our room was ample although we thought it odd having the sink outside the toilet and shower room. Pool on the roof too. Everywhere kept so clean. Had a very happy 10 days and would come again.

Came to Golden Costa Salou for a week as a couple in May 2024 all inclusive. If you’ve stayed in an adults only hotel before you’ll know that it’s either a party hotel or full of the older generation. This one is the latter! Hotel is smaller and quieter than some of the surrounding buildings, which I much preferred. I saw a lot of reviews mentioning the thin walls but I honestly did not notice this other than a bit of hallway noise now and again which is to be expected in any hotel. We did however have a street facing room and if you have your balcony door open, it is very noisy from surrounding hotels’ entertainment and cars. The AC in the room only goes as low as 20°C which doesn’t make much difference so it was necessary to keep the door open most of the time. The hotel itself is beautifully modern and smells amazing! Our room was always spotless. We found the food to be of excellent standard. Dinner is definitely the highlight. At all meals there is food cooked in front of you fresh, only comment would be that the chef only seems to cook one or two things every once in a while. The cheese board one evening was stunning. The desserts every night had a great selection and were always delicious. The wifi in the hotel worked fine in all areas. We had a smart tv in our room which you can cast streaming services from your phone onto. Just a warning, the pools are very cold as they are salt water! We were on the fifth floor which is the same level as the roof top pool area which was great, although the bar was never open during our stay so you had to bring drinks from downstairs. The main pool is small but was never too crowded. There are signs to say you cannot reserve sun beds and your items will be removed if they are there for longer than 45 minutes and you haven’t returned, but unfortunately did not see this enforced and there are always a few people that will do this and ruin it for others, luckily the pool does not open until 9 so no one can get up early to do this! The pool bar was great and had lots of options including slushies, ice creams and other snacks. The only moan I would have about the main pool is that the walls surrounding the pool need a good clean, the hotel is gorgeous and the dirty walls around the pool are the one let down in appearances here. The town of La Pineda is quieter than its surrounding areas of Salou and Tarragona. The beach is lovely and there are several shops within a stones throw, although most of the “touristy” shops all sell the same bits of tat and the shopkeepers can be a bit pushy so we tended to avoid them. We only visited the shops in the town to get drinks and snacks on our way somewhere. It is very easy to use the public transport and I would recommend going into the Bus Plana building to get a bus pass for €10 for 10 journeys (you can use the same card as a couple and add more if you need).
