ホテル ギローニ(Hotel Ghironi)

The hotel was really clean and the staff was very friendly :) Also I loved the breakfast buffet, only downside, was that it was missing vegetables, but other than that, I highly recommend the hotel!

We had a very delightful stay, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. Also the staff was friendly and kind, especially Yonis who helped us to plan our trip to the islands. It was a very nice experience and our family enjoyed it. Thanks

We ended up spending more time on the region than expected so booked last minute. Honestly, disappointed. Place is very tired. Our room had one odd piece of artwork. The wall paper was peeling and the paint was mikes by luggage/furniture moving. The shower was surprisingly large compared to other European hotels we’ve been in but it was shabby with missing grout, caulking. Bed was a large double and very comfy but the linen is old as Well as the window treatments which were falling down. A mini-fried with water for purchase was great especially because we couldn’t get the A/C to work correctly and tossed me turned all night. The main thing that saved this review from Being a 1 or 2 stars was the hostess in the hostess in the breakfast room. Incredibly sweet, charming, and helpful. Pleasant and engaging with all the guests. Made us all Cappucinos and chatted about the ships. Multi-lingual we heard at least Italian, English, and French. A few maintenance touches and inexpensive decorations would really make this a treasure. With convenient location, free parking, and awesome staff.

This hotel, which was before it's transformation a carehouse for elderly people, is a very good location, near the harbour, quiet, with a free car park, with rooms with balcony and all the amenities you need. Even if it looks a bit old fashioned in term of furnitures, you have a very good WiFi, flat screen, hairdryer, fridge, smooth and silent A/C, Clean and comfy room. Breakfast is scrumptious, plenty of choices.....The best part is the staff, friendly, smily, helpful, polite, efficient and full of energy....It's not frequent to have the whole combination for a very affordable price...Thanks again and congrats!!!

Non assegno due stelle perchè sarebbe indecoroso nei confronti del Personale di questa struttura che meriterebbe 5 stelle. Nel mio soggiorno al Ghironi dalla reception, al personale di sala del ristorante a quello delle colazioni, meritano un encomio per la loro gentilezza. Purtroppo la struttura è alquanto datata e come nella mia camera al limite della sicurezza ho trovato fili vaganti a mo' di prolunga per attivare un frigobar posticcio messo in un angolo. Arredamento che ha visto i tempi migliori quando Guido Angeli faceva gli spot per la defunta Aiazzone. Almeno la pulizia è valida, per lavoro può andare bene se ci avessi portato la mia compagnia si sarebbe rifiutata di soggiornare, comprensibilmente.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel nel week appena trascorso a spasso con amici, con finalità di girare una parte delle 5 terre in bici.. Abbiamo trovato un bell'ambiente pulito e accogliente, posizione buona non troppo distante dal centro di La Spezia, anche se visto il meteo siam stati costretti a prendere la macchina Pulito, con ottimi buffet al mattino. Personale molto cordiale sia all'ingresso che soprattutto alle colazioni , fantastico vedere quel bel sorriso di prima mattina, non è mai scontato! Consigliato.

Non ha proprio nulla di un hotel 4 stelle! Piuttosto datato. Arredi in economia. Bagno davvero brutto. Asciugamani pochi e pessimi. Colazione scarsa. Mai ci tornerei!!!! Unica nota positiva, personale gentile.

Albergo datato, ho soggiornato in una stanza ampia ma anni 80. Il condizionatore era rumorosissimo al punto che ho preferito tenerlo spento. Ho preferito mangiare al ristorante dell'albergo ma non è stata una buona idea, piuttosto scadente .

Mi dispiace ma non sono stato bene. La stanza vetusta, al piano terra, in stile anni 80. La vicinanza con la reception è un continuo vociferare anche da parte del personale, la mattina sveglia prestissimo con le stoviglie della colazione. Non tornerò
