オテル ル トリニー(Trinite Hotel)

This is very nice hotel conveniently located by the water front in La Trinite sur mer. It is only 150 or so metres from fine waterfront restaurants and the very large marina. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel has been renovated a few years ago and feels fresh. Breakfast was buffet style and good. Our concern was the step into the lounge area which is carpeted and very difficult to see. My wife fell on this unmarked step and badly twisted her ankle. The proprietor kindly offered a freezer pack for her ankle. He then stated (paraphrase) "THIS IS SO STRANGE. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME" He had no response for why he hadn't marked it. This is totally unacceptable. I would have liked to give this hotel a better review. Customer safety is important. I hope that the proprietor takes action to correct this hazard. I recommend that you phone ahead to see if he has done so.

We wanted to explore the Carnac area for the first time and ended up at La Trinite almost by accident as we couldn't find a place that suited in Carnac itself. However, we had a lovely 6 night stay courtesy of Helene and Christophe the very attentive hosts. As others have said the breakfasts are plentiful and high quality, the rooms spacious and bathrooms large with good showers. We opted for a rear facing room as we didn't want to be disturbed by morning traffic, however the front rooms do have great views. Shops, restaurants are all within easy walking distance and free parking is just a few steps away. Highly recommended.

I booked and arrived late as I broke down on the motorway…. We were welcomed by really caring and kind people who went out of there way to make our stay as smooth as possible. The hotel is extremely well located, the rooms were impeccable, the quality of the bedding was impressive! We slept so well! The bathroom was brand new and had an incredible shower. Everything was spotless, felt like it was a newly refurbished hotel! Excellent value for money! Highly recommended! Merci pour votre service impeccable!

I can only use superlatives when it comes to Trinite Hotel: the most charming hosts, the most comfortable rooms - and wonderful size too - and the best breakfast. The view is amazing too! I warmly recommend the hotel if you want to explore this amazing region in Bretagne.

Trinité really is a lovely hotel--not too big, not too small--situated almost perfectly in the marina town of La Trinite-sur-Mer. The reception was warm and competent, with multiple languages as needed. The room was decorated as expected with a decent tourist hotel, had nice light, and was very clean. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and temperature, a fine breakfast (including an orange juicer for individual guest use), a nice lounge area, periodicals on art, food, and cats (there are at least two resident who clearly are in charge). All in all, highly recommended. // Trinité est vraiment un bel hôtel, ni trop grand, ni trop petit, situé presque parfaitement dans le port de plaisance de La Trinité-sur-Mer. La réception était chaleureuse et compétente, en plusieurs langues si nécessaire. La chambre était décorée comme on peut s'y attendre d'un hôtel touristique décent, avait une belle lumière et était très propre. Les lits sont confortables, la pression et la température de l'eau sont bonnes, le petit déjeuner est excellent (y compris un presse-agrumes à usage individuel), le salon est agréable, des périodiques sur l'art, la nourriture et les chats (il y a au moins deux résidents qui sont manifestement responsables). Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est hautement recommandé.

We had a spacious room with views of the harbour. It was clean and well maintained. Really nice thick towels. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. The management were always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Delicious cheeses, big rounds of local butter, excellent bread, fresh fruit that was actually ripe. It’s in a perfect location as it’s just enough out for it to be quiet, but close enough to walk to all the amenities of La Trinite-sur-Mer.

This hotel was perfect for our short stay. It was very quiet and the rooms were clean and well looked after. The bed was firm and in reasonably good nick - but I think it is pretty much time for a new mattress - it was a little bit lumpy in places, and I think the only thing saving it was that it was firm and probably not inexpensive in its day. It all felt well looked after, and the owner/manager (not sure which) was extremely pleasant, welcoming and clearly very proud of his lovely place. Would definitely visit here again.
