I was so shocked by the attitude of the man at the front desk. We had our reservation and paid for the room for one night. Arrived at 10:30pm and tried to check-in. We were 4 young girls from foreign country - 3 of us more than 21 and the girl who did the reservation was only 20. He didn’t want to let us in because of the age (his rules) but on booking there is nothing about this age,we can check - in when we are 18yo. He said we have to change the name of someone who is 21. So we did. We got an email that it was changed in the system but he said it wasn’t. He was really rude and kicked us out that he will not give us our money back and we have to leave. But we didn’t leave and he said he called the police on us! Wasn’t true we knew he was lying. No police arrived. So we spent almost an hour on the phone with *********** and then with the manager of the hotel. We were on our road trip and needed sleep but it was almost midnight and then eventually the manager said he is sorry for the problems and we have to pick up the key for the room and just go to sleep. We couldn’t even asked what was the problem. Nothing. The manager was done with us. Even if we got the room we are really upset about this situation,not sure if it was a racism (because the man wasn’t american) or what was the problem but we feel we need to do something about it. My honest reccomandation - if you’re group of girls from the foreign country,save yourselves some trouble and don’t come to this place. We don’t want to be treated this way. It wasn’t our fault. This was a great place to stay on our travels through the US this month. We had two nights there and it was very quiet and peaceful and the accommodation suited our needs perfectly. The staff we came across were very friendly and the communication in the booking and approaching our stay was excellent. The checking in procedure was also as easy at anything haing been sent our door lock code in advance so there was no waiting around giving credit card details etc, we just turned up and went in to our cabin which was clean and kitted out very well with utensils and other kitchen supplies. The air con thankfully worked very well! We liked having the grassy space outside our door, having been cooped up in a car or hotel rooms up to then it was nice to have some space even it was a little warm! Zion C&C is in a good location for nearby shops and gas and for the awesome Zion NP.... we can highly recommend driving up there in the evening for the sunset and some star gazing!

New IHG property not far from Zion National Park. Upgraded our room to a suite for no additional charge. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious and had a full size sofa. Very clean. Although there is an IHG property closer to the park, it was much more expensive. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend the property. They had a restaurant onsite but we did not eat there. No free breakfast at this IHG since it is not an Express property.
