La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Olympia - Lacey

This location is really showing its age, The air conditioner produces loud noise to an extend that affects sleep. We also experienced power outage in the morning, that affected providing anything hot.

My main issue, which was substantial, was with management of the cleaning staff, as far as their use of cleaning chemicals. I would title my review TOXIC CHEMICALS, because the cleaning staff apparently don't consider the instructions when using chemical cleaners and use many times the prescribed amount. This means that there is a constant assault from the chemicals. Something that is used to wash the bed linens has an intense chemical fragrance that was extremely irritating for my throat and sinuses. If the experience had not been diminished by this intense chemical onslaught, I would have had a good stay. Bed is okay, pillows weirdly small. Breakfast bar is fantastic.

Great place to overnight, just off the I-5 heading south. Very clean, excellent breakfast. It's kind of on a busy corner, so a little noisy, but would stay there again for sure.

I liked the Staff & Rooms, Coffee.and breakfast. I was gone most of the time but when I was at the hotel, I wasnt comfortable parking due to all the car thefts in Olympia/Lacey. Outside of that, it was a great experience!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the la quinta. The bed was sooo comfortable and had the softest comforter. I recommend (if you're booking late in the day and know the room isnt needed by someone) getting the wheelchair accessible room (at any hotel) The bathroom and shower and sometimes the room, are all bigger and the rate is the same and the non handicap room type. Staff was nice and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Quiet rooms. Didnt hear one neighbor or loud people in the halls. Price was decent, about average. Indoor pool was nice. Definitely recommend staying here!

Fire alarm went off at 3 AM in the morning and it took an hour to get clearance. Didn’t get much sleep. The elevators did not work, and I had a difficult time getting up the stairs.

there were issues with the tv. There was no remote in the room. The gal really tried to help. She gave me a remote and it didn't work. . Ittook mutiple tries but we FINALLY got the remote working, kind of. . I liked that the pool and spa were open until midnight. The free breakfast was good. everything was clean.
