整體來説非常滿意. 由於時間訂錯了.前台工作人員幫忙協調解決.服務態度非常好. 酒店也很乾凈整潔.早餐品質不錯.

Everything about our stay was exceptional, beyond expectations. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. The room was very comfortable. I would've wished for 1-2 armchairs, but understand that even a generous sized King room would fill up all too quickly with those additions. The breakfast was buffet-style and quite good.

The check in girl was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was great, however when I arrived I had to wait, which felt like forever for someone to check us in. No one was present at the front desk for about 5 minutes, and when you have children under 10 with you, it feels like an eternity! One the hostess arrived, she felt bad that she took so long, and said that she is the ONLY worker onsite and she has to take sheets up to the 3rd floor for another guest and that took time. It seemed weird that no “note” was left to advise patrons of the whereabouts or the timing of the check-in process. Just a note would be nice to at least inform new customers of the absence would have been nice.

The front desk staff was very cordial and polite. It was a very comfortable stay. I will be back.

I put the sign to clean the room and they never cleaned it for me. I had to go to reception to ask for soap because I didn't have it in the room either.

Bathrooms a little old. Staff friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. Will return.

It was a good stay but our room had only 1 set of wash cloth/hand towel. The bathroom floor could have used a mopping. I think squirt bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are a good idea, but I wish it were possible to actually read what each bottle contains when I’m not wearing my glasses in the shower. The massage shower head worked fine but the water pressure was very light. And whoever designed the plumbing fixtures for the tub was not thinking clearly. Clean lines with no buttons to push may look nice, but who would think you actually have to lift the spout to get water to come out of the shower head?!

Positive and pleasant staff. Room is very comfortable. Negative: people were smoking on our floor and we could smell it in the hall.
