ミラマーレ(Hotel Miramare)

this is a cool old hotel... we had a balcony looking out over the black sand beach and could hear the surf all night... it was gorgeous and an easy walk from the train station... also an easy walk to innumerable restaurants and pizza places...

This hotel was charming. Everything, including the ac, worked great. Getting to the Etruscan sites was easy by taxi, not so much by public transit.

This is nice hotel with a perfect location. Walking distance to train station across the street from the beach. The staff was very helpful and did a wonderful job. The hotel itself could use a remodel. The air conditioner is controlled at the front desk so room was a bit hot.

AC not available in May supposedly imposed by the “parliament” as stated by the front desk.

Great location and good service

this is the second time that I have used this Hotel, no problem on the first visit. The second visit had one disappointment, on bookind I mentioned that I needed a fridge in the room to keep some medicine, like inhaler and insuline, This Must be kept in fridge out of fridge no more then 8 hrs, the fridge? it was like a wet room, warm not even water getting cool, I did mention this to reception, until I left on Sunday 22nd noting was done, had to trow away the insuline, but lukily I foiund a Chemist that sold to me some insuline tablet to help a bit, for the inhaler I had to do without, I did mention this to the receptionist, the answer was that they are set to a temperature, not even an apology just excuses, will NOT use them a\gain next year, will lolok for an apartment, probably will cost more but who cares is only money, at least I can be sure the fridge is working and if not sorted out by owner quikly

La struttura è un po datata e servirebbe un po di restauro....la camera benché pulita risultava avere un forte odore di muffa. Il buffet della colazione non è ben fornito...ma tutto è compensato da due aspetti molto importanti 1...posizione ottima 2...personale gentilissima e disponibile.

Struttura con molti anni, poche se non nulle le opere di risteutturazione. Sembra di essere stati gettati nel litorale romano degli anni '70-'80 dato l'arredamento. Personale professionale. Colazione molto semplice, poca scelta (yoghurt confezionato di bassa qualità, una sola brioche presente, una crostata vecchia e secca). Macchina del caffé a cialde per colazione. Camera con copriletti di almeno 30 anni. Tutto in legno vecchio e non ben tenuto. Pavimentazione gelida, bagno minuscolo. Riscaldamento inesistente. Ingresso nelle camere con le vecchie chiavi di una volta pesanti ed ingombranti. Per 50 euro a notte, posso immaginare ben altre possibilità e qualità nei dintorni!

cordiale, accogliente e molto efficiente il ragazzo alla reception. cordiali e sorridenti le due ragazze nella sala colazione. rapporto qualità prezzo buono, più per la posizione che per i servizi. la camera doppia è confortevole ed offre il giusto spazio. da evitare le stanze adiacenti all'ascensore. materasso comodo, cuscino adatto ai miei gusti (basso e piatto). buona la qualità del sonno. bagno dotato di doccia, lavandino e servizi igienici. ben pulito. in alcune stanze malconcio (scarico, pannelli doccia). conodo il mini frigo e la cassaforte. no bollitore per thè/caffé. piuttosto pulito in tutti gli ambienti posizione ottima; si trova in pieno centro, a ridosso degli stabilimenti balneari. TOP colazione PESSIMA al limite dell'IMBARAZZANTE. mai vista una colazione di così basso livello. - crostata commerciale lasciata nell'involucro del supermercato; cornetti disposti sotto uno strato di carta, ciambellone pre-tagliato in fette sottilissime, cereali a disposizione in una ciotola di plastica. toast pre-confezionati, assai poco invitanti, lasciati sotto un panno umidificato. bevande disponibili solo su richiesta. su questo aspetto avete ampi spazi di miglioramento. wi-fi, gratuito solo dopo registrazione. parcheggio nelle vicinanze non sempre facile da trovare (in estate).
