Wonder stay. Host was easy to work with very accommodating. The location was close to beach, the apartment had all amenities and was extremely spacious. The beds were comfortable and there was daily breakfast delivered to us. I would stay here again!

this place had all the amenities!! daily breakfast (your choice/ rotating) amazing orange juice. daily room service, full kitchen, hot tub, pool, gated off street parking, gym, bike rental, laundry service, wifi, cable tv in english, it was just outstanding all the way around. good location. market down the street. beach restaurant across the street. very safe and secure.

Very friendly and helpful staff - delicious breakfast, quick answers to questions, and daily cleaning. Very comfortable - highly recommend.

Stunning location right across from the ocean. Everything is brand new. Felt like a bit corporate. Nothing “eco-village” about it. Staff friendly and responsive. Flashing light on the fire alarm was bright and doors slamming in the hallway need to be addressed.

Hot tub was lovely. Breakfast was very generous! Walked to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

I just returned from my trip to Sao Miguel, the hotel was clean and the area was large with a full kitchen, bedroom and sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you needed. The grounds was well kept and secure. The staff were all very accommodating and was always available to assist or recommend where to go, eat or just relax. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Modern, clean and well looked after, the staff are amazing , breakfast every morning brought to your door! Laundry pick up and return, pool , jacuzzi and gym . Food market a couple blocks away, beach across the road ! Central location , all in all it was a pleasure and can’t say enough good things about the staff, brilliant !!

My daughter and I spent one night here on a stopover between Madeira and the US with our little dog. We got the Green Villa that opens to a small patio, which was perfect for our dog. It was immaculately clean and very spacious. We were able to check in as soon as check-in time opened and check-out late, which was perfect with our flights. The hotel is located near a beautiful black sand beach and not far from the center of Ponta Delgada. We will definitely return!

We had a great holiday here - would definitely recommend. Apartment was very spacious, clean with good kitchen facilities. Breakfast was delivered every morning- it was plentiful with lots of choice. Location was just across the road from the beach with a good bar/restaurant. Spa area was lovely with great views. Staff were always on hand and very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to return- thank you.
