カプリ ラグーナ オン ザ ビーチ(Capri Laguna on the Beach - A Boutique Hotel)

First off, this hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed an early check-in from their friendly staff and some beachside help with chairs and umbrellas on their private beach. We also enjoyed some 'community areas' overlooking the water and enjoying some sun and relaxation away from the sand but still near the water. My only complaint was that I feel a little misled by the pictures on the site. I booked a 'Deluxe king room with sea view' and I paid accordingly. The pictures included a balcony on the water. Upon checkin I was told I received a 'king room with partial sea view' and I was confused. I showed them my listing and they said they were fully booked and that this is what they had for me. The room had a window that faces the ocean but the room was set back and while yes you could see the ocean through a window, it was 60 feet away over a busy deck and clearly not what I had imagined when I thought I was going to get to see the waves from my room. The room was lovely and I found that most of my time was spent on the community deck/beach anyways. Had a great time and will definitely visit this hotel again.

The property was very nice. Staff was exceptional especially Hayley. Rooms were clean and lots of towels. Definitely stay there again.

Stayed two nights and switched to pacific edge down the *****. Capri is a very quaint and intimate setting. I prefer one where there is more life going on personally. the staff were friendly. The cons were the steps to the beach aren't a straight shot. you have to walk across a bunch of rocks to get to a wider section of the beach. Rooms need a bigger TV. no room service here. it's okay, but not for the price point at all. I paid double for what I paid at Pacific Edge and got a better view and larger room w/ room service

My wife and I spent our anniversary here. We stayed in a suite with an ocean view. We were absolutely stunned how beautiful the view was from our room. The hotel has beach access, and a few patio like areas that have lounge chairs. There is also a rooftop area that can be utilized. There is plenty to eat within walking distance of the hotel. They do serve your basic continental breakfast that is included with your stay. We will definitely return.

Nice rooms with modern upgrades and perfect views of the ocean. Easy walk down stairs to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.

How do I love thee, Capri? Let me count the ways. I love thee for thy breathtaking ocean views and craggy cliffs, and Grecian pathways to the sand. I love thee for thine indoor heated pool and charming hotel staff. I love thee for thy flowering beds and lovely statues and shall I say it once again, thine breathtaking views of ocean hues and sunsets that assuage my blues. I love thee Capri, I truly do. And I shall love thee even more once I am back on your blissful shore.

First room was small and smelled pretty bad. Asked for a different room and they offered an upgrade to a mini suite with ocean view for another $100. It was worth it. Large balcony and no odor. TV was broken and the manager responded within 5 minutes and fixed it himself. Impressive. Incredible location and beautiful views, but don’t book a small room.

Nice place, nothing fancy but an outstanding staff. Only complaint was a shaky WiFi at times. Great location.
