Hotel is amazing but they are not ready for business. Hotel stuff were overwhelmed wait for restaurants and service at the restaurants were ridiculous. NO BEACH CHAIR to seat and not enough chair for hotel guest. we counted 58 chairs for 2000 guest . Very bad business. No signs in Conrad hotel where was where. Not coming back to the hotel or restaurants on the property. Cebia restaurant we had horrible service and for the price they charge that should never happen.

I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

The Bartender Philippe at Sophia’s restaurant was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and polite and friendly He made our experience the best. Food, service and quality of his hospitality was stellar. The a**osphere and food was delicious but Philippe made everything special and fun

We visited the Conrad Orlando the beginning of May 2024 for a mother-daughter trip. We were quite impressed by the hotel. We enjoyed a few of the hotel amenities which included dining and the pool (cabanas) For dining we ate at Ceiba's and our waiter was wonderful and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the cabana. The property is absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to go back with our entire family. We did have one mishap during our visit, but I must say, the Conrad as well as the valet service went above and beyond to make it right. I am thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service in the way in which they dealt with our particular situation and there were more than just one employee that had us feel valued and appreciated as a Hilton guest as they resolved the situation. We will definitely be returning again to stay at the Conrad Orlando!!

The 1st crystal lagoon in Orlando did not disappoint! We stayed at the Conrad Hotel which has an immaculate landscape and world-class amenities. This 1,100-acre property has a lot to offer, it does not feel like you're in a Disney neighborhood. Our room has a pool view and balcony (where we stayed late at night listening to music from the pool). We tried refreshing dishes at The Papaya Club and Apero (our dining options although wanting to try Sophia’s Trattoria but was closed for kitchen issues). A big shout-out to Adam at the Bellstand gave us a warm welcome. Another, Angie from IRD was very knowledgeable about the activities around the lagoon and the property. She was so sweet to answer all our questions. She’s a keeper! And, thanks to the chef at Papaya Club who took care of our family needs while dining at the restaurant. Amazing staff! We truly had an amazing time and we’re planning our next stay.

Had a wonderful experience at the Conrad Orlando. The front bellman Adam Hilton was super friendly and actually from our home town Baltimore. We had a wonderful dinner at Sophia’s where Nicole was our server. The food was fantastic as well has her service. Planning to stay again in the winter from our experience this month.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. We are here now. We arrived at 2:30pm and should’ve had early check in (as early as noon) with our Amex perks. Room wasn’t ready. We went to eat at one of the only restaurants open. No one in there but it took 10 minutes for the waiter to come over. We ordered drinks and lunch at the same time. The food came before the drinks. When we inquired, no one apologized or acted like this was out of the ordinary. Our room was finally ready more than an hour later. We were told we were “upgraded” per Amex partnership. We are looking at part of a pool and a parking lot on a low floor. There seems to be no one here and this is what they have to offer? Room, food and drink prices are outrageous ($7 for an 8oz bottle of soda) and I’m comparing this to 5-star resorts around the world. You can’t call yourselves 5-star and charge these prices without significantly better service. Searching options for other hotels out of principle. Won’t be back and likely won’t even finish this stay. Utter disappoin**ent.
