コンフォート イン & スイーツ アーバイン スペクトラム(Comfort Inn & Suites Irvine Spectrum)

It was a decent place but first of all, the room had no water. Only an ice bucket was available. When I called to ask for towels, they didn’t have any. They handed me only short floor towels because that’s all they had even though the room only had one for a two-bed room. The breakfast they handed out in the morning was ready to-go due to COVID however they were frozen and we had to get going. There were other hotels in the area for pretty much the same price and I wish I would have definitely gone with an other option. The stay was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to having many other options.

The room I got was newly remodeled but so much is missing: 1. Ironing board 2.Towel Hangers in the bathroom 3. Extra pillows for the sofa bed 4. A blanket for the sofa bed 5. There was only one caffeinated Keurig cup snd 3 decaf. I drink caffeinated so one was not enough 6. Balcony door could not lock

I did not stay here these nights but was charged I called to talk to them but they were so rude and did not help at all fraud is coming for them

I booked For four nights, November 24-27 2021,checked in went to room and preceded to find various hairs in the sheets, no just same kind but like from deferent people, room was aged, shower and tub were nasty, seen better truck stop bathrooms. Proceeded to go to the desk and informed the clerk. No housekeeping available. Clerk was very friendly. Informed him we would not be staying and left.

Bad experience

People at the front desk are very nice and helpful. We have asked for our room to be cleaned or spruced up for two days and she still says tomorrow because they are under-staffed and sold out last night.

Overnight Bday stay. Roomy, clean, balcony nice, thou no view. Professional and courteous staff, breakfast was good. Definitely would return.

Booked this hotel for a business trip. My boyfriend and I got in to the hotel at 1pm, we were aware that check in is not until 3. But my boyfriend had to go to his office so he gave his info (ID, CC, etc) since room is booked under his name, I even gave the receptionist my ID, so they can put on file or somewhere that we did checked in with the receptionist. This way, I can get in to our room without my boyfriend. I had to drive my boyfriend to his office and stopped by for coffee to kill time. Waited till it’s 3pm and asked the receptionist if they have our room ready. Not sure why but the new receptionist that replaced the other one, who we talked to, was asking for my information again, even asking for my boyfriend’s credit card information (which we already gave) and he was no longer with me. It was very annoying. They need to work on their communication or adding notes in their system. This had our stay off to a bad start. Room was clean but bed cover/sheets were all wrinkly.
