Needs more soundproofing as we could hear the tv from the room next door at 12:30am and the kids running on the floor above us for 3 hours. Unfortunate that they didn’t install a hot tub as the pool was chilly.

I was very surprised at the fact that I was put at the very end of an empty hall across from an closed stairwell when I clearly stated I had a 5 year old with me. Incase of emergency what were we suppose to do? I know there were other empty rooms
The young man who was the night clerk on Saturday night was so busy playing on his phone.that he couldnt be bothered answering my 2 questions. The Haystack Bistro had excellent food!

Brand new, beautiful hotel. Clean, neat, gorgeous facility and rooms. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful, with the exception of the bar/restaurant staff-- they were excellent.
Would definitely stay here again.
