I loved the new look of the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fire place adds a nice touch to the relax a**osphere.
My room was comfortable and clean. Daily housekeeping was provided and I really enjoy that service.
They don't seem to be done with the renovations yet so if you need to use your room during the day I would ask for a room away from where the work is done.
Also in a great location. You can walk everywhere and easy parking.
Overall I did enjoy my stay. Price was reasonable. I recommend this hotel and would go back

Hundred or so kids on property running through halls making noise. Booked first floor and was asked to move, would be an upgrade. Put us on third floor, I’m five weeks into full knee replacement and elevators were not working! Fire alarms went off on two separate occasions. There was no attempt to control the kids!

Close to main street on Mirror lake. Convenient, clean, and cozy. Under construction so a few setbacks such as the out of service elevator. Easy and friendly to work with, Hopefully will be back

The hotel is so neat! Clean and huge area that you can relax or play board games, enjoy coffee, tea or cocoa. So new!!! The receptionists were polite and extremely nice and gave us all kind of information! Made us feel at home. Bar attendant was also really nice! The views from our room
and lounge were amazing! Excellent!

There was a mistake when ******* didn’t change the booking as requested but the staff at the Bluebird figured things out and we were able to have the junior suite we really wanted!!! Not only that, the view from our room was of the lake and the mountains!! The Bluebird is a beautiful hotel with a calm and serene vibe and the decor is stunning!! It was so wonderful walking back after a nice day out and getting to enjoy our little suite….the staff are friendly and welcoming and willing to accommodate. We thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway to Lake Placid!!!
Highly recommend the Bluebird!!!!
