エクステンデット ステイ アメリカ プレミア スイーツ レイクランド I4(Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Lakeland - I-4)

Just came for the night to visit our son. A wonderful place to stay. Looking forward this will be the first place I look to book anywhere. Clean. rooms are very quite. There was a lot going on there so we expected noise. But slept well through the night. Lots of care taken for extras such as towels. Went down and asked for another blanket for at night for my wife so she wasn't cols. Gave me one sealed in a bag. Only complaint was the ice machine was on the third floor we were on the 1st. This is where the contental breakfast was so really didn't make sense that there was only one.

Stay was ok, damp carpets due to cleaning. Strong cleaning smell. Pet friendly hotel, so obviously stains, smells,etc. Some ripped furniture. In my opinion i paid too much.

Wanted a kitchen. Had to go to service desk for pots, pans, plates, and utensils and was told there are no bins available to distribute them. Put trash outside my door for pickup. Instead of picking it up, housekeeping knocked on my door and instructed me where to go put it. Furniture inside room was worn. Overall, unhappy. Next time, I'll stay at a Marriott with a kitchen, pay more, and save the difference by cooking my own food. Still, this place is better the halfway house on the otherside of the interstate with same theme, but different brand.

It was a safe location. Clean. The breakfast was misleading. It is a grab and go but decent. You just think hot breakfast when it says breakfast included. The coffee not so good. But they had hard boiled eggs, tea, cereal bars, oa**eal.

The woman who checked us in on Feb 9, 2023 was the most pleasant, Accommodating person. She was a delight. I think her name was Pat.

I didn’t like that I had to sign a waiver that I would not smoke in the room. I am not a smoker and the whole lobby smelled like smoke.

Front of hotel looked brand new we were in back building which was older beds were a full not queen terrible and the tub almost fell no bars to hold onto and tub slick I put a towel in to stand on and not fall and rug was sticky in main area to walk on barefoot feet were dirty on bottom after being on it. I planned trip for 5 one 4 adults and one baby. The listing also said continental breakfast cone to find out it’s grab and go well we had a graduation to go to and wanted to eat than clean up than go. Did not work out that way than had to rush it made the day start not well and I feel it was pricey for what we received I would appreciate some value back thank you

They charged me a $100 deposit when I checked in, so I gave them a credit card for the deposit. I have not received my deposit back yet. The refrigerator didn’t keep foods cool and we lost grocery items. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.

The entrance of Hotel was nice, but the room smell I went to front desk and complain and they said there going to send someone but that I know of nothing was done we camed back at night and it still smelled. Bed was very hard not comfort what so ever. But the smell which I think from dirty carpet was really bad and nothing was done about it. Will never stay there again
