We arrived at about 9:00 Pm after four hours of delays. It took thirty minutes to check in. We asked for extra towels after my wife showered as the shower door leaked water all over the floor. We were told that as staff had gone home, we would have to come down and get them our selves (it was about 10:30 pm). The HVAC sounds like a jet liner. We requested a room change due to the loud hvac and got down grounded to a room on a lower level with the same hvac system! As we are good members we have access to a lounge with free food and non alcoholic beverages - it took three tries to get our keys formatted to access to what we paid for. We will never ever stay at this hotel again.

Our room was large and well appointed, especially for the price point. This hotel is a little bit out of the city center, but it is in a little subdivision that has any basics you might need. Good non-chain restaurants, a Target, a liquor store, and shopping is all within a 5 minute walk. That said, the indoor pool that was advertised as heated was too cold to enjoy. We had to get out after five minutes because we were shivering. Our room had a kitchenette, with a fridge and stove, but no cookware, no bowls, no knives, hardly any dishes. It seemed like a few random pieces brought up by guests and forgotten rather than a purposeful choice. The breakfast spread was good, with options for vegetarians, and even potatoes and fruit for my vegan partner. But the food was lukewarm, and there was no microwave to heat anything. Also, the breakfast area was understaffed. As napkins, utensils, or a food ran out, it took a long time to be replenished. There is a parking lot, and good security. You need your room key to get into the lobby (or the front desk must buzz you in). All the employees were friendly. Overall, we would stay in this hotel again.

Starting with the positive, there were no signs of bed bugs. Plenty of other bugs made their way into my room most probably because of the outside doors. This is a bare bones accommodation, no mattress cover or mattress pad, small square pillows (shake out and look for bugs 1st). Towels and wash cloths are paper thin. While there is evidence of somewhat recent paint the entire room needed a deep cleaning. Baseboards, outlet covers shelves, corners, etc. Also, there was no phone, iron or ironing board in my room. I did tell the office staff and hopefully they took care of that when I left. Friendly staff but it looks like corporate is not investing money in this location. Disappointing stay especially since I have stayed at other Extended Stay in the past. I was in town for a funeral and family and needed to be close otherwise I would have moved.

we had been driving all day & were tired..I was happy to get the same rate as ******* would have given me and best part is we got on the 1st floor! Great room, clean comfy beds. best hotel breakfast ever! Lots of healthy options, clean. Pool area looked inviting, but we were bushed. Dinosaur theme was cool! Excellent location of interstate. We felt very safe here. my husband thought the room smelled smokey and it did look like there may have been cigarette burns on the carpet, which could probably use an update. I get all you do is leave your key on the counter upon check out, but sometimes it's nice that the young girl would have thanked us, but she was busy on her phone. overall super great stay

Was pleasantly surprised after reading the hit and miss reviews. Property is an older La Quinta and that shows on the outside and inside with normal wear and tear. Check in and out was a breeze and the staff were great. Breakfast was sparse with only waffles, pre-packaged muffins, coffee and possibly yogurt. Room was spacious, clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. Hotel is a short drive to Red Rocks and there are plenty of shopping and food options within a short drive or walk.

We drove to CO & landed here for the outdoor heated pool & the in house restaurant/bar! Our room was good, but needed more room & Michelle was AWESOME & worked her shuffling magic & got us a bigger room when the hotel was packed. Kids loved swimming, we enjoyed tanning with a beer poolside. And the food was great! And the kids eat free w adult was a bonus :) The area felt safe & there was a Costco & Walmart within 5 min. Will stay again!!

The check in went well! But didn’t know how noisy this hotel was until it was time to settle in and sleep. The fan in bathroom was so loud it was terrible same switches used the light yup so you know! Then the fridge started making a loud noise. Also you could hear traffic in room. Wish we would have checked out same day. Stayed long thanksgiving weekend. And had to finally try to get housekeeping to come in. On the third day when I called to get housekeeping they said they would have to see if they had time!! Oh you don’t even know. This last part topped off our whole stay! So they have a coat closet and my husband put his shirt and my North-face ski jacket in the closet and we left and forgot them. When we remembered I called right away and some how with both of them in the same place they told me they found the shirt but not the Jacket. Some how I knew they were going to say that!! Very upsetting over all stay! So heads up double think of your stay here!!!
