ナチュールホテル ヴァイトクローザ(Naturhotel Waldklause)

Amazing hotel and its stuff, I was there with a female friend. And we could not have a better stay! we went everyday hiking. in the afternoon we used the spa and swimming pool. and had our apero outside. Everything was offered with a hint of love, the right amount of passion and full force with nature facilities. The food was very nice (for us nearly to much). The only critics, the portion of the kaiserschmarn was so big - I could finish it. (and my heart was bleeding (food waste). The wine card was extensive and we had a fantastic sommelier which gave us good advice of what to drink. All in All it was top 5 days stay - highly recommend it. But the ice on the cake - Mr. Auer drove us to the translation ! What a service ! Thank you

This was our first visit to the Naturhotel Waldklause. Hopefully it will not be the last. Our German friends recommended, and it did not disappoint. The management and all the staff were superb. The room could not be faulted. The beds and facilities are second to none. Even though the hotel was full at times, the brilliant way the restaurant is designed, meant it never felt crowded. The hotel offers a superb swimming pool, saunas (4), and lots of other pampering. My congratulations to the Auer Family, for there imagination with this brilliant Hotel.

Location The Naturhotel Waldklause is in the perfect location and setting. Lagenfeld is a quaint area with many special touches. The hotel is nestled quietly away from the main street but still very close to the little downtown village area. It is a 3 minute walk from the AquaDome and there are biking, hiking and walking trails right out the front door! Perfect quieter setting in a natural atmosphere. Personally, I enjoyed the hikes from the Waldklause (The Waterfall hike was my favorite and I did it several times) Because it was less crowded and beautiful scenery. However all I have to compare it with is nearby Solden, which is a much busier town with lifts to some higher elevated hikes. It is about a 3 hour drive from Munich airport. Food Waldklause serves a full breakfast buffet with egg station daily, along with a lighter lunch and a 5 course dinner. The breakfast is incredible. Fresh breads (varieties) , jams, butter. Tons of meats and fishes to select from. Fresh fruit, yogurt, granola station/bar. An egg/omelet station made to order eggs. There is a premium fruit and vegetable juicer where you can juice your own fruits and veggies! Experiment with different combinations or stick to one straight item! They have many vegan and vegetarian along with lactose free selections, which was a dream come true!! I especially loved the vegan oatmeal, it was filling and delicious energy for my jam packed days. The staff always brought me my coffee along with lactose free milk. This was such a special touch. It would have been nice to have an earlier breakfast time (It begins at 7:30 daily) as I love to get up early and get going. Also, I really missed having my very early cup of coffee, I had to wait until 7:30. The dining hall did have a coffee machine, however it was shut off until the lunch time period. An in room coffee machine would have been wonderful! Lunch: lunch was on a lighter side, with a la carte options available if you wanted something more substantial (for a fee) Lunch always included a salad bar, along with a soup of the day. Being Eco and organic friendly, many options were from the previous night’s dinner and breakfast leftovers. Their soup selection was always delicious. Fresh juice, water (sparkling too) and coffee were available at this time. Dinner Each night we were presented with a lovely menu with a few selections (some were repeats) Being vegan, I always had a vegan menu, which I will have to say was a bit limited. The last night was a “Vegan Assortment” which was basically green beans, carrots and beets. My favorite vegan meals were: The vegetable curry, the veggie burger (I Had to ask for this, it was not included on any menu) and I loved ALL the soups. The portions are small and spaced out, but this was actually nice, as the salad bar was typically the starter to each meal and there were so many fresh options there, I always started off with a salad with some delicious veggies thrown in! Die Waldklause ist der perfekte Ort um vom Alltag zu entfliehen. Sehr schöne, grosse und gemütliche Zimmer. Ein toller Wellnessbereich mit gemütlichen Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut, das Nachtessen das Highlight. Die Küche war schon immer sehr gut, ist über die Jahre noch besser geworden. Der Service egal wo im Hotel ist super. Danke für die tolle Arbeit vom ganzen Team…

Gelungener erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem fantastischen 5 Sterne Wellnesshotel. Nach Besuchen in anderen Wellnesshotels in Seefeld und Achenkirch kommen wir seit 2022 immer wieder zur Waldklause zurück. Tolles Ambiente, einmalige Dekoration der Chefin, luxuriöse Zimmer, unwahrscheinlich freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Und die Küche erst, vom Aller feinsten. Wir kommen wieder und zehren noch lange vom letzten Besuch.

Wunderschöne Einrichtung. Perfektes Essen und Sehr, SEHR elegantes Zimmer. Mittagsbuffet im "Bowl-Style" einmalig und in noch nicht gekannter qualität. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. Die Nähe zur Therme und der jeweils 1 Tag gratis Eintritt sind spitze!

Wir sind zu früh angereist und haben nach nur 10Minuten Wartezeit (welche uns mit einem Glas Sekt und einem Bier verkürzt wurde) unser Zimmer beziehen können. Den letztem Chek hat Frau Auer persönlich vorgenommen. Das Zimmer ist wundervoll, toll gibt es eine Badewanne, eine Wasserstation (wirklich ein Abhebungsmerkmal) und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank! So kann das Zimmer immer „aufgeräumt“ sein. Das Bett hat genau die richtige Härte, die Decken geben warm und der Ausblick vom Bett im die Natur ist traumhaft. Das Bad besticht mit absoluter Sauberkeit, schönen Materialien und grossen Duschtüchern. Nun zu unserem absoluten Highlight. Dem Essen. Abwechslungsreich, gesund, vielseitig, tolle Kombinationen auf den Buffets. Showcooking wird geboten, Smoothies zum Selbermachen (mit richtig professionellen Geräten), eine riesige Brotauswahl und natürlich frische Eierspeisen. Die Servicemitarbeitenden sind aufmerksam, höflich, für aktuellen Smalltalk zu haben und professionell. An dieser Stelle, Danke Monika :) Wir sind wirklich rundum zufrieden. Als wir um Auskunft fragten an der Rezeption, bemerkte die aufmerksame junge Dame, dass wir uns einen Rucksack kaufen wollten, für eine Wanderung und lieh uns kurzum einen Rucksack aus. Toll! Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und warm, auch unterstützen wir go green. Nicht zu vergessen, der schöne Spa, wobei wir uns täglich fragten, warum so viele Leute im Textilbereich nackt sind. Ein Kompliment für die schöne Einrichtung und die hervorragende Abstimmung der Farben aufeinander, wunderbare Materialien und Deko. Das Haus besticht durch seine naturnahe Bauweise und das faszinierende Konzept dahinter. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise ein supertoller, familiärer Service. Wir haben uns äusserst wohl gefühlt. Von der Reception über den Zimmerservice, den Service im Restaurant und an der Bar bis hin zur Massage - sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Die Küche arbeitet auf sehr hohem Niveau - ein kulinarische Erlebnis der Spitzenklasse. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.
