Ich war hier für eine Rennrad-Challenge und das Hotel war perfekt dafür.

The hotel has been build recently. Investments were made in excellent materials and design. Real value for money, much better than many other hotels in the same price range that offer faded glory from the last century and dirt and dust that is probably just as old. In Sarain no moldy plastic shower curtain or a cabin that is much too cramped, but a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower of good dimensions.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel! The timing was right (May/June), the weather beautiful and the food incredible! This vacation will be memorable for a long time! Thank you!

I did not stay but only benefitted from dinner, gym and spa with massage. I ate a pizza with raw ham with excellent dough and seasoning: thanks pizza makers Andrea and Pino, obviously Italian. Really very good !!! As for the gym and the Spa I must say that I found it very clean and welcoming. As for the massage, one of the best facts in my life with foot reflexology. I have to thank the holistic operator Doris, a very prepared professional who put me at ease, with sweetness. I hope to find all of you who have brighten up my stay. Thank you very much, I will be back!

The most detestable of experiences. We had made a reservation, arrived on time so as not to offend the Swiss host, and it was certainly because we were not locals that the first waiter who received us after letting us wait a few long minutes vaguely tried to find our name on the reservation list. He then gave up after we had found our name and told us that the chef would come and set us up. The chef, after a little wink to his waiter, ignored us, preferring to serve a few tables, then desserts and cappuccinos here and there. I should point out that we were a family with our 6 and 8 year old children. Finally, the "chef" came to us and explained that unfortunately our table was no longer available. Yes, of course within 15 minutes there would certainly be room. Wink to the waiter again. So we decided to leave. This was too much, and we had the pleasure of witnessing the general hilarity as we passed the restaurant windows again, all the waiters and cooks laughing out loud. What a pleasure to have been the laughing stock of their evening...

Wir waren als Paar mit Hund im Hotel Sarain und fühlten uns willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was wir brauchten … suuper Cappuccino:) Die Pizzas am Abend waren top und die Bedienung sehr nett. Das Zimmer war gut (Nebengebäude), mit Terrasse und Blick ins Wäldli. Kommen gerne wieder:)

Zimmer und Wellness top Personal inkompetent Gefragt ob Tisch beim Nachtessen geschmückt werden könne... hiess es sie machens... Tischdekoration war verdörrte Rose. Lange Wartezeit.. 1/2 h bis ein Kellner kam beim reserv Nachtessen, dann weitere 20 Min. bis Getränk kam!

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, herrliche Aussicht, bequeme Betten, freundlich, superfeines Frühstücksbuffet, freundlicher Empfang... alles, was unser Herz für schöne Ferien begehren kann. Und dies zu einem fairen Preis. Wir waren zum Nachtessen eine Person mehr als reserviert. Das Personal hat umgehend eine Lösung für uns gefunden, obwohl das Restaurant voll war.

Meine Erwartungen an ein 3 Sterne Hotel wurden massiv übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren perfekt, die Restaurants ausgezeichnet und das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls super. Auch der Wellness Bereich und die Massage war top.
