Hotel Fariones

Its one of the better hotels in the area by far. Short walk on to the beach or to local restaurants and bars. Short taxi journey from the airport.

15 minutes from airport but no noise from landing/take off planes. Beautiful hotel right on beach with extensive grounds and 3+ pools. Food delicious. The staff are everyone smiling and helpful Especially Stephanie in reception; Mario who takes the bags and shows to room imparting great information; in dining room Alexandra & Marina. Highly recommend this hotel.

From the minute we walked into the reception area (which is an absolute masterclass in interior design), we knew we were in for a treat. What an amazing hotel this is. The landscaped gardens are beautiful , overlooking the sea and immaculately maintained. All of the staff, without exception, were welcoming and friendly and an asset to the hotel. There are several different areas to relax in and my gosh, this place is so chilled out and peaceful! Breakfast was great, every option you can think of and every taste catered for. Rooms are spacious, light and airy, with great views of the gardens and sea. We only ate at the hotel once on an evening, preferring to eat at the many great restaurants in the area. We chose the Asian restaurant at the hotel, which as is the rest of the hotel, beautifully decorated. The Taster Menu was very pretty to look at but unfortunately, wasn't for us. Ever so slightly pretentious and at €230 (including wine), not really worth the money. That's only our opinion though and I'm sure lots of people will disagree with us. 🙂 Staff were lovely though. We had an amazing week here and after only being home for a day, have booked again for next year. Ten nights next time though , as a week just wasn't enough. Congratulations to everyone for making our holiday special.

This is now our 4th stay at Hotel Fariones and have now booked again for the forthcoming Christmas. My previous reviews say it all regarding the elegance and style of the hotel. We left with a tear in our eyes as we are made to feel so welcome from the first minute of our stay to the last. Roll on Christmas.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Fariones Hotel and we cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience from the minute of arrival at the hotel. The rooms, general areas, pool and gardens are all immaculately presented and the entire team of staff are the best we’ve come across. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to come back again

Recently returned following a one week stay in a Double Sea View Room. Overall, the hotel is excellent, with friendly, attentive staff who can’t do enough for you. I do agree with other reviewers that the main pool area is very cramped, with not enough room in between the sun beds and some not having umbrellas for shade. We were half board and the breakfast and evening food was excellent with a great choice and unlike many buffet restaurants, the food was always hot. I think the a la carte restaurants were overpriced, as the allowance we could use for half board, would barely cover the cost of a starter. I honestly think the hotel is missing a trick with the use of the Pitaya Juice Bar - we saw no-one having juice from there, the seating area was more or less always empty. Ice Cream is served from here which we did use a few times during our stay. However, the Juice Bar was never staffed and you had to find a member of staff should you need to be served. It would be good to use the Bar for coffees, cake and snacks - I’m sure it would then be more utilised. Overall, a great holiday, a lovely hotel and we certainly would return.

Hotel very modern and beautifully refurbished,in a very built up area which is somewhat kiss me quick,more Irish bars than you can count, but some very good and reasonable restaurants near by,hotel food and service both good apart from bar where getting served is slow,good service around the pool non existent other areas,lots of bed bagging around pool,beds in rows with not enough shades Our suite nice but small,but lovely view Very nice but not 5 star

Our stay at the Hotel Fariones was amazing. The hotel, the grounds and the staff were exceptional. A shame we were only there for a week, but we will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service, rooms and facilities. Lots of space to hideaway on a lounger and no need to get down at 6am to get a lounger. Food in buffet very good. We enjoyed the food at the Asian restaurant and thought it was good value for money. Gym, whilst across the road, has good equipment and a great atmosphere. Service was generally excellent. Room with hot tub was perfect for us. Highly recommend
