被子有點太薄，晚上睡會冷，隔音很差。但酒店的位置十分方便，五分鐘就到海邊，價格也很便宜，熱水充足，工作人員熱情。

Back for our second visit to these apartments- the very fact that we’ve come back says it all. In fact we met people that were there last year too! Very clean .Very friendly. Short walk to the ***** and great pool. If a little cold - but that’s the same all over the island. The reception staff we’re brilliant very helpful and booked our taxi home. Found the key with ease on our late arrival and settled in well. The only thing that might be helpful is a bottle of water in the fridge as if late, shops are closed. We were in room 126 and had no issues at all. No noise. Good shower and very powerful hairdryer! 😃 We love this place and will definitely return! Muchos gracias por todos! 😊

The location was manageable for us as it was a 15 minute walk to playa bastian beach- which is local to the other main beaches, a lovely restaurant and lots of shops and amenities. Situated just 5 minutes walk from this hotel is the Aqua Park (you can see it from the hotel) and so if you do like water parks it’s ideal. There is a petrol station which is a 5 minute walk away, visible from the hotel. This is the Disa brand. Here you can get sandwich material, treats and general toiletries and goods. It’s not the biggest selection however what is there is a good wide selection (and toys for younger children) The staff here are amazing. We stayed on the Tabaiba hotel in June which is the sister hotel and 2 of the staff work at both sites. A very warm and welcoming Hola - which was great. We stayed in the main area near the restaurant and bar. We have not found it too load as the facilities close at 12am. This hotel is very relaxed, comfortable and great value. The views are amazing and you can see the sea in the distance. The cleaner came whilst we were here and again very helpful and friendly. The apartment we stayed in was very large with plenty of room for a family of 4. The bar/restaurant does serve pizza which we benefitted from a couple of times and was very nice The swimming pools are clean and safe as there is a lifeguard. There is an additional garden area overlooking the landscape of volcanic ashes and volcanoes in the distance - with palm trees scattered here and there - and the sun - 26 in November - what more could you want! It’s not 5* so don’t expect that however it is very well priced for the accommodation and facilities available. We’ve been able to come away twice due to the low cost And there is a shuttle bus to town so that would be a bonus with mobility issues

this hotel is amazing. stayed here in july and it did not dissapoint,the hotel is spotless, the meals were amazing and always so much to choose from, the desserts were to die for . all the staff were always happy and smiling and nothing was too much trouble . the pool area was really nice with plenty of sunbeds. 1 of the pools was heated which is a lovely touch, didnt use that 1 though . the jacuzzi is also another really nice touch . we stayed in room 1230 the view was amazing and the balcony very private . evening entertainment was also good . rooms were clean and the beds were comfy . looking forward to my next visit in May 2025

Fabulous time was had by all 16 of us. Loads of activities for young and old, you can be very active or just chill. Food was amazing, lots of choice and fresh every day, cakes, pastries and bread were delicious. Pools were clean and apart from x3 big pools, there was an Olympic size pool, a shallow pool and a splash park. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned everyday, everywhere in the hotel was clean mind. Entertainment team were really good fun and evening entertainment was varied. All inclusive option really good value. Drinks were proper drinks and not watered down( like you get in some resorts) and the bar snacks available throughout the day were very good. Cake was arranged for my husband’s 60th birthday at no extra cost. Very good location, very good bus and taxi services at very reasonable prices, not far from town where good choice of bars and restaurants if needed. The staff work really hard and you get the feeling that they really enjoy their jobs which made our stay a very welcoming and relaxing one. This resort has got it very right. Thank you all so much, none of us wanted to go home 😀

Arrived yesterday and today we were entertained by a great DJ (are DJs still called DJs?) accompanied by a brilliant Sax player and electronic violin player then two wonderful lady singers and the entertainment was enhanced by two lovely ladies Laura and Hannah who danced and presented us with Champagne, tattoos (yes tattoos!) and encouraged us to dance the afternoon away. Roll on next Saturday 🌞😎😁👍🏻
