La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Laredo I-35

The room was in poor condition upon arrival, with a dirty floor, broken door lock, damaged interior, and a malfunctioning microwave door. The odor emanating was unbearable - a sweet yet repugnant scent of bodies being cremated. that was lingering around the entire hotel. When we arrived at the mobile access room, there was no shower seat. Despite asking the front desk, we were unable to get one.

Our room felt unsafe, there were some spots missing on the wall covered with a blanket. The bathroom door was falling apart. In the morning when we went to get some breakfast there wasn't enough of anything. We asked for some jam and the girl told us "we don't take more out so people stop coming to eat" they were very rude. The overall experience at La quinta had been getting worse over the last 2 years

We had several people in our party staying at this hotel. One group found a roach, another a spider, no hot water with another and we all said rooms were old and needed major updates.

We booked three bed bedroom and got doble. The remote for tv on on of the room's did not work and in the other room the shower valve would not close on the hot side so the water kept rooning all night in the morning only the lamp lights work.

Doesn't look like much but it is always clean and in good repair. Check in is efficient, they have a small coffee brewer in every room, TV's work beds are comfortable, and the price is the lowest in the area. I am always happy to stay here.

It was ok just had a very weird smell like needs to have some nice freshener inside rooms.. Morning shower water was cold hot water took for ever to come out and tv remote control was missing!!

Good hotel, bit old and dirty for the surrounding areas but clean rooms and secure, pet friendly.

Cold water entire stay, faulty electric, locked out of my room without my medications....rude staff. Manager would not help with lockout and only stated was trying to reach maintenance....hours later and after working all night was able to get some sleep for the shift coming up that night

Very old and run down hotel. The room had a terrible mold smell. Would definitely not recommend. The staff was friendly but the conditions of the hotel were terrible.
