The hallways are dirty smells like cigarettes, just overall yuck. If you’re a trucker and just need to sleep go there but if you are in a trip don’t go there find somewhere better

Staff was great. Allowed me to sleep an extra 30 minutes after working 16 hours and having to work another 16 hours the last day of staying. Just wish there was more parking.

Good hotel to spend a night if you are passing by or just go shopping in Laredo. The front desk people were really friendly but the room had a really bad smell coming from the AC due to mold and humidity.

The staff was inconsiderate calling and helping me to an available room in which I had reservations for. no helpful assistance whatsoever.

Lady in front desk at 7pm was very kind and professional. Elevators need some touch ups. All good.

The lobby floor was completely filthy full of mud. No ironing board or iron, room smelled moldy. Next morning went down around 5:50 to get coffee and while I pouring my coffee I turned and stared at the waffle machine. Breakfast lady almost threw herself to tell me “bar is open at 6 am” . I could honestly A. Not care for breakfast B . I did not even TOUCH any of the waffle makers C. If I did… is it really a problem if take somebody else from the breakfast bar besides coffee when you have ＜ 5 mins for the “official breakfast time. I am sorry that is just ridiculous.

No ice available, unsafe internet notification and breakfast area only had 3 tables and limited space to try and use assigned area.

It is in a usage environment and unclean. I did not stay and they refused to refund my money even though I never checked in. I booked room and was onsite within 30 minutes and they still charged my card even though I tried to cancel. I paid a cancellation fee when I booked the room. Never again will I book a room with them anymore.They have no integrity in business.

a really junkie place. too much noise. it was two motels in one, baymont and super 8. had booked for two nights, only stayed one night and never went back! avoid this this place!
