ザ パラッツォ プレステージ クラブ ラウンジ(The Palazzo Prestige Club Lounge)

Grand hotel, beautiful and clean. Rooms are large, bed is comfortable, bathroom is huge and clean. They charge for parking (even self). We had the premium club lounge and it was kind of disappointing and I will skip that. The breakfast is worse than what you get at holiday inn express, evening snacks are even worse. The staff at lounge is great, with Banchi being particularly wholesome ! The best part about lounge is the private check in, check out but that's not enough to justify the price. The washroom toiletries could be way better than what they provide, we didn't even get a refill on our second day.

The Palazzo Prestige Club Lounge is my go to whenever I visit Las Vegas in the future. The staff of the hotel are very accommodating, the rooms are large and inviting and the loung itself is a huge plus. Breakfast and happy hour are served every day along with an open bar. The view from the lounge over the ***** is spectacular. It is so nice to end the day enjoying the view and a drink from the lounge.

Jesus was Amazing at the front desk!! We may come back to stay just because of him!! Great great customer service!!

Whenever we are in Las Vegas we always stay at the Palazzo Hotel. We like it because the hotel is not so big that you can get lost! That's important for Seniors! It's a beautiful hotel; rooms are immaculate & spacious, food is excellent, top-notch service and so close to everything!

My friends and I have stayed at the Palazzo every year for a few years now. We stay on the Prestige level and enjoy the Prestige lounge. Michelle and Arthur were fabulous taking care of us this trip!

Certainly not worth the high price they charge. Our reception was awful. The evening dinner food selection needs to be totally improved, they rely on pork bacon for most offerings. Space is many times limited. Find another VIP club please.

Every team member is fabulous from the amazing Mitch on reception to the wonderful Arthur, Roberto, Clare & Kathleen in the bar. Thank you all so very much for making us so welcome and looking after us so well. Defiantly value for money with wonderful breakfast, evening snacks and cocktails, we'll never stay anywhere else in Vegas again.

Overall, the stay was decent. Check in was a bit confusing and we weren't offered any water or prosecco at check in. Room cleanliness was "ok" - shower could have been cleaner.
