Great hotel stay with balcony overlooking the city and the ocean! Buffet breakfast was edible, nothing to brag about. Great location in the downtown area. I always bring my own, but there are no washcloths provided so be sure to pack some. The rooftop is closed currently.

Hotel is lovely. Location is nice. Meds stolen. Entered without permission. Towels and incidentals not available upon arrival. Drawers were tumbled. Safe was broken. Mgmt staff not helpful at all. We had to clean our own room. Never again

We arrived with a nice welcome from the guys at their Valet parking.Check in was fine.We had a family room on the 25th floor which was nice a spacious.The lighting wasn't great in the living room as my girls like to make tik toks and need the proper lighting haha.The breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay.We will be back .

I was delayed in Panama City and was sent to this hotel by COPA Airlines for a one night stay. I arrived early in the morning and was in the hotel for 18 hours. In the morning, I noticed red blotching on my chest and back and it was itching. I got home the following day and for 3 days, same symptoms. I went to the Urgent Care and they diagnosed the problem as bedbugs. I have 3M miles of travelling and have never had bedbugs before. I have contacted the hotel and suggested that they fumigate room 1625 immediatley.

Attended a convention and professional development seminar for my travel company, it was a great time and perfect location for everything! The Hard Rock theme was a nice surprise, pool was great size with plenty of options for libations, highly recommend!

The bed was comfortable. However, they need to spend more time cleaning the rooms. The receptionist became very helpful after I complained about a situation. The servers are friendly and helpful. The dining room team should be awarded for excellent service. This is still one of my favorite hotel in Panama.

The breakfast buffet daily was very good. The hotel itself needs cleaning, water drips randomly from vents, the carpets in the corridors are dirty. They advertise various activities but so much of them are ‘not available’. We got the family suite that says 6 people on the website (it was 5 of us) then they say all the amenities are only for 2 ( like an all inclusive meal promotion, daily water, etc). If your trip is strictly for work then megapolis is fine, otherwise find a more friendly environment.

MEGAPOLIS WAS GREAT from the time i walk in i knew i wouldve enjoy my stay there the breakfast , pool , room , etc was 10/10 will definitely be back here and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone the views on a morning is wonderful

Customer service was awesome.my family and i felt like we were at home.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.My family and i liked everything about megapolis hotel.I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends or family member.

Truly awesome hotel! With 62 floors, provided us an impressive first experience in a large building. We were in floor 33, the view was truly something to remember. Their exceptional service, stunning pool, and delicious food added to the luxurious and comfortable stay. 💖 Will totally return for sure! My new go-to when visiting Panama.

The hotel was fantastic. I enjoyed all the people, food, room and it was a totally awesome experience! I highly recommend this hotel! I enjoyed all the staff as well. If you come to Panama please try to come here and have a great experience!!!!

Currently on vacation for my bestie birthday. We decided to stop at Mamie Lee’s for a quick pre game drink. We were greeted by Zulema who was extremely pleasant. Her open posture and smile was very welcoming. She made an excellent suggestion on cocktails which turned out to be the best cocktail I have had here in Panama thus far. Her ability to make the perfect cocktail and genuinely engaging with her consumers are astounding. I highly recommend visiting this hotel solely for ZULEMA! Because this location is under construction and a lot of the thing’s advertised are closed.
