Checked out after 1 night. We had planned to stay 3 but our room was dirty. Blood on the sheets, dirty shower, bathroom floor. Yuk!

I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave and coffee maker & couldn't launch my ski from boat ramp. Loved the pool& Jacuzzi .

The service was great and everyone was friendly. Things were a bit pricey, and the location is very off grid from everywhere else so there isn’t much choice but to pay crazy prices. Downfall was going during the week, most of the good dining places were closed. The room was okay, the beds were pretty stiff, throughout our 3 days they couldn’t offer ANY extra blankets, only extra sheets. The tv in our two rooms had terrible reception, more than half the channels barely came in, in pieces and staticky. The aC worked great in the room. The arcade was good price and the kids loved that. The pool was awesome too.

環境不錯！ 挺乾淨。家人一起玩真適合. 有電影院，有河邊很近，很方便， 玩一天不夠，還是住兩天完比較適合。孩子們都喜歡。 游泳池也很大！ 價錢也不算太貴。 河景的房子，但是游泳池隔壁的房子。 還不錯。

Got to the hotel pretty late and the front desk was able to accommodate me and my family. It’s a ****** resort so of course it will have a cigarette smell to it as you walk in. They can’t help that. Once we got to room though it did have that same smell. The rooms were extremely clean! The remodel is great. I did notice that there was a rust color of water when turning on the tub but I figure old pipes. The resort was awesome with their amenities. We really didn’t have to leave the resort because of that. I would say for the price it was great. Two rooms for the price of one. Staff was awesome couldn’t have asked for more from this resort. We may come back if they can regulate the smoking areas better. Overall loved it! Thank you Avi!

The stay was okay. Visited the pool and the girls at the bar were great, super friendly. The pool was dirty and gave me the ick.

It's remodelled so it's quite clean. No smell of smoke. However, it doesn't have amenity like microwave.

I have had better stays here. This time the parking enclosure was closed, should have been told this when booking (not AVI’s fault), the safe didn’t work and found nail clipping and hair in the bathtub. The water also has a very bad smell to it especially the hot water.

Overall it’s usually a nice stay but about a month ago they had a water issue that caused them to shut off the water and never issued a warning and letters to let us know we would not have water. Then last week I had no HOT water. Had to shower in the cold. Then the next day the water was disgusting color dark grey/black. Had to let it run for almost 20 minutes before it cleared up. Not to happy about the Avi lately.

I liked this hotel. Except for the yellow water in the tub, and blood drops on the floor my first room. The hotel staff except for the front desk. We're great. The front desk employees had the I don't give a crap attitude.

The hotel was ok. The rooms were extremely dusty! We had rooms that connected and both rooms had excessive dust in the bed boards, the furniture and the curtains. The food court’s food was barely edible! Which is odd since it’s Panda Express and Subway. The only good food was at the cafe and the pizza. I’ve been there many times before, but this time I noticed the lack of care for the environment. We still made it a good time with the kids and friends.

The property is great. Right on the river. Nice beach area and pool. Food was just ok. I just wish they had the smoking part of this ****** in the back. It's right in the front so everytime you enter or leave you stink like cigarettes. Disgusting!
