アルマトイで最高かつ最も高価なホテル。サービスは完璧で、スタッフはあらゆる質問に答えようとします。 朝食は豊富で美味しく、一般的なウズラの*も含めてすべてがあります。 客室は広く、市街または山の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 ジムもとても良いです。プールは大きくありませんが、十分に良く、サウナは男性と女性の更衣室に分かれています。

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience in the country. Concierge lady gave us comprehensive advice on where to visit. The view from both our room and the Sky Lounge was unparalleled. Snow-capped mountains framed the landscape, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that undoubtedly ranks among the best in Almaty. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in the city.

It has a great location, nice first class rooms and as always you receive excellent service. Well trained and quality staff make you feel you are at home.

阿拉木圖最高級的酒店，視線很好，可以看到雪山樓下還有一個非常大型的shopping mall，前台有免費的蘋果，以及入住的果汁，前台的服務非常好，還有專門的服務人員指引我們到房間裏面。

應該是阿拉木圖最好的酒店，價格不便宜，服務非常好，房間設施也可以就是略顯陳舊

整體的體驗還是很好的，就是早餐需要提升一些

除了催退房其他都挺好的。3000的價格確實相比其他城市高，但是跟1000多的酒店比硬件設施真的好，服務也不錯。幫忙換零錢和乳膠枕很好。

The room was noisy and the bathtub was dirty. The smell of the sauna is nauseating. There are no bath towels or plastic slippers in the sauna. You can only wear cotton slippers to walk on the wet floor, which is very dangerous. I think Ritz-Carlton Almaty , only the expensive price matches this brand , Gold and jade on the outside , but inside , t he details are a mess 房间很脏，浴缸也很脏。更衣室的味道令人恶心，不提供毛巾也不提供防滑拖鞋，穿棉拖鞋在湿地板上走路是找死啊？ 阿拉木图丽思卡尔顿，只有价格配得上吧 金玉其外败絮其中

I stay at this hotel roughly once a month. The team is great all around, but the special attention and care in the club lounge is exceptional! As far as I am concerned this is the only place to stay in Almaty, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone, whether it is for business or pleasure.
