I got bedbugs from this place. They tried to sneakily throw away the infested items and not let me know but of course I had been bitten already! I had to argue with them to get my room changed, but before that, I had to stay in that room for days and woke up with bedbugs right beside me in the mornings. They did not even offer to get my clothes professionally disinfected, so I had to do multiple rounds of washing because I had packed for a long stay. It was a nigh**are and ruined my time in Lausanne. It is the dirtiest accommodation. The furniture are worn down. The laundry room is disgusting. No wonder why there are bedbugs there. Plus not soundproof at all. Stay away.

DILAPIDATED BUILDING, POOR MANAGEMENT NO A/C (it gets VERY hot, and there is NO AIR circulation) VERY, VERY LOUD You simply WON’T be able to get ANY SLEEP The building is old, and poorly maintained NO management or assistance on site. No one to reach out by phone Very serious structural issues with the building, Extremely dirty: dirt/dust all around floors and walls, stinky elevator carpet, bubblegum smeared on elevator cabin, scratches everywhere …TOTAL NIGH**ARE LASTLY, my unit got broken into around midnight the last night on my stay Apparently they assign my room to another guest!!! There is no latch on the door, so I couldn’t sleep that night thinking I was going to be broken into again, and possibly worst… (robbed, rapped) AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Never stay there. The "queen" bed is a double. There is no A/C - only a fan. Street noise is terrible. Check-in is a hassle. No maid service during your stay.

This is a fantastic place to stay! The room was a studio apar**ent and had the most magnificent view of the Lausanne cathedral I've ever seen. The amenities were great, the furnishings stylish, the comfort abundant. Un deuxieme sejour avec grand plaisir !

Very impersonal location. If you have problem and no one answers and the office in the first floor is closed, I have no clue what to do. I reported a problem that there was a terrible smell in my studio to the cleaning ladies and they put some air refresher and it was not enough I went down to the office and they told they were fully booked, even i didn’t see a lot of people in the building, so I told her that then I will leave one they earlier and the person, do as you please and sr s an e-mail. Very bad experience, don’t plan to go there. The walls on the balcony were dirty with like black mold. So, I could enjoy the balcony. The walls on the apar**ent were dirty too.

It was good but the communication is not up to the mark and I kept asking for some facilities which were never entertained

Ho avuto la sfortuna di soggiornare per dieci giorni al visionapar**ent in rue caroline a Losanna. L’entrata del residence sembra abbandonata, è frequentato da persone poco affidabili, ubriachi, drogati. La camera, con un letto alla francese non specificato nella descrizione, era sporchissima, l’angolo cottura era stato lavato con qualche spugna sporca perchè le superfici erano striate di grasso. Mi sono ritrovata un tizio fuori alla porta che non andava via, ho cercato aiuto al numero di telefono indicato e mi hanno risposto che non potevano far nulla. Non lo consiglio a nessuno, anzi, non capisco come faccia a stare ancora aperto. Mi auguro che tutti quelli che ci soggiorneranno possano scrivere una brutta recensione in modo da distogliere le persone dal prenotare.

Séjour convenable. Rapide et efficace, assez facile d’accès et bien placé, literie confortable mais draps vieux et taches… salle de bain ok, mais pommeau de douche avec des cheveux dessus et moisissures sur les carreaux…
