When arriving at 10.30pm, check in was smooth. But when entering the room, found it had not been cleaned.

We travel alot for work stayed at many motels and we thoroughly enjoyed our night here. Beautiful room clean and tidy beds are comfortable and the service was great. Thank you for having us. Shar James and mele from Starcity Removals. Til next time

This is a great motel and we would love to stay again. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. The pool was amazing. Great set up for kids. Pool noodles etc. My kids really enjoyed this motel. There was a table and chairs both inside the room and on the adjoining balcony. We had such a great time, staff were helpful and friendly. There was no allocated parking, but there was a lot of space to park.

There were beetles everywhere, could not sleep whole night. Kids couldn’t sleep as there were 100s of beetles since our room didn’t had any door seal and by the time we knew that the beetles are coming from under neath the door, we had 100s of them in the room. Also the room is smelly, damp and have slider webs everywhere. Highly unhigenic to stay with kids. Worst ever stay.

Service was great. Beds very comfortable. Good shower. Spacious clean rooms. Highly recommend.

This was a great find for us in Albury. We needed a room to stay at short notice after we decided not to camp in the rain! We had a caravan in tow and needed somewhere to stay that would accomodate us. The guys at Crystal Fountain were very accomodating even offering to help us park the van. The room was great. Clean, comfy bed, good linen and a great shower - all the things you need on a road trip. And we got a great price! A set of crockery is provided as well as a toaster which is great for a quick breakfast before getting back on the road. The only thing I would say is that a tea towel would have been useful- not sure if it was just our unit that was missing one. I’m not opposed to washing the dishes and putting them away again but I need a tea towel to dry them with!

The bed was comfy, room was ok, location ok, did ask for a downstairs room but had an upstairs room, not all rooms downstairs were occupied, otherwise, it was quite even though its on a main road, for the price it was ok

Clean and quiet. A little dated but comfortable. The bathroom and fittings looked original but were fully functional and clean. Reasonably priced. Friendly manager. More than adequate for an overnight stay.

Dated building , but very modern furniture and fixtures. Clean , tidy and great value.

check in was fantastic. very quick the Lovely Lady had the key in her hand as I walked in. the only gripe was there was a large cobweb above the tv that kept bugging me. bed was very comfy, I will stay again during future travels

Not the newest but clean & good access to Netflix etc at night. Good shower & fairly comfy bed

First the good: The rooms are clean, with the usual facilities (tea/coffee, microwave etc). Beds are OK, just not firm enough for me. The spa needs to be booked, the sauna, too (was cold when we looked). There is an outside pool, but as we visited in July, not for us! Breakfast wasn't an option, but there are plenty of nearby businesses/cafes/bakerys/fast-food outlets, if that's your go. Albury is often used as a break of journey, and as such, this was adequate, just no "wow" factor.
