Nothing but good things to say about this holiday we absolutely loved it. From receiving roses on arrival to the amazing animation team we couldn’t have had a more amazing week. The whole complex is so clean and all of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. There is a good variation of food so that you don’t get too bored and a range of activities and shows on a day to day basis. My girls absolutely loved the animation team Tony, Anya and Stacie were great. The views on the resort are just beautiful and the grounds are so well kept, if I was to be really picky I would say the rooms are a bit outdated however they are very clean and you spend very little time in there so it wasn’t a huge issue for us, we paid extra for a room with better sea views and it was so worth it to sit outside in a morning and just enjoy. We attended the beach party which you do have to pay extra for tickets however it is worth it the kids enjoyed the fireworks and disco and it was something different for them. We were planning for a trip back but prices have come out over £1000 more which was a bit too much for us so although we can’t return based on that, we would still fully recommend!

Just returned from what has been another superb stay at this amazing hotel. We stayed in a waterfront bungalow, the views of the sea just amazing, room spacious and clean. Food was amazing, the star cafe was my favourite at a lunch time. Only sad thing for us was that the BBQ wasn’t available this time as we thoroughly enjoyed that last year. None the less we ate very well. Lobby bar had some great entertainment this year, a very special shoutout to dimitra who does the best cocktails, and is an amazing lady. Pools were great, we stayed around the main pool most of the time as always something going on, entertainment team again just amazing, I think this year you could see there wasn’t as many of them, and a few new faces however the team still give 100% and are honestly the loveliest bunch of people. Tony, Ania, Lucille, Stacey, and Alejandro deserve a special shout out! The little land train from the hotel to local Panormos is definitely worth a visit. As you can tell from my review I will 100% be returning.

Went away with girlfriends for a relaxing break. Really nice hotel. Lovely grounds & well maintained Very friendly staff. Food was amazing plenty of choice for vegetarians too. Lots of extra activites included at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing, all-inclusive ten-day holiday. Everything was excellent - the staff were super lovely and helpful. The resort was beautiful, their entertainment was superb, and the food was delicious. There’s a train we used just outside the main entrance of the hotel for only 5 euros that took us to Panormo Village- a lovely town where we bought lots of souvenirs. We also took another train which took us to Maledoni Cave, and it was breathtaking (try not to miss it). We will definitely go back next year. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday an unforgettable one.

Amazing hotel, really couldn't fault the place, grounds were amazing could see the staff constantly cleaning and keeping on top of things, so many pools and a marathon each of them so if you don't want the craziness of the main pool you can go to one of the smaller ones. We were all inclusive and couldn't moan about the food, breakfast was a little repetitive but I feel that's more me as there was plenty of choice again if u didn't want to war in main bar you can get snacks around at different places, I did see some people paying for food and drinks but I would defo recommend the all inclusive as there isn't bars, pubs etc near the hotel so your only option is to eat in hotel anyway, the cocktails as well were 9.50 to buy but free on all inclusive and if u drink in hotel bar rather than outside you can have proper glasses. The other thing I complain about would be the rooms themselves, we paid for a deluxe sea view room and yes the view was amazing but the rooms are very out dated, yes clean and maids were in every day but the bathroom didn't even have walk in shower it was just a curtain and the drainage was terrible if I washed my hair I had to stop shower half way through for it to drain other wise it literally flooded the bathroom, but other than that it was a lovely place, the animation team need a massive shout out as well as they give it 100% all the time, we got the little train into Panorma twice as well which was nice to get out for few hrs only 5euros return and some great restaurants and bars right on sea front. We went down to the hotel beach for few hrs also, was nice to have a bar down there as well for snacks and drinks so u don't have to head back to hotel if u need anything.

Just WOW! This resort is amazing. I went with my husband and two sons aged 17 and 12, and we had the best time. On arrival we were treated to a glass of champagne or orange juice, and a rose for the ladies, which I thought was a lovely touch after the flight and transfer. We stayed in a bungalow which was lovely, spacious and very clean. The view was stunning from our door. Looking out over the sea. We have been on a few all inclusive holidays but the food and drinks at this hotel were probably the best we’ve ever tasted, lots of choices for adults and children. The staff were always friendly, especially the entertainment team. There was lots of activities to do if you didn’t want to laze around the beautiful pools, which there were quite a few to choose from. My boys did the beach volleyball, pool volleyball, and table tennis every day, and I enjoyed the pool aerobics. The complex itself is huge and very picturesque. Would I stay again?…DEFINITELY I would certainly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to all the staff that made this family holiday amazing, and gave us many happy memories to last a lifetime.

This hotel is on the most stunning grounds, it is so well maintained over the whole hotel which has large grounds. As a couple on holiday, it was so lovely to be able to choose between the 6 pools and 2 beaches. Also, the main pool wasn't super loud/kids club vibes which was great. We loved the beaches, it was so chilled. We were half-board and whilst the food is amazing, if you are looking to buy drinks it is quite expensive, 9.50 for a cocktail in the main bar, but at the theatre, you could buy some for 6.50. The staff were all super welcoming and so kind, they can't do enough for you. They always make you feel super special. The bedrooms were always super clean but they are not modern, but everything in there is up to good standards and does the job. During our stay, we got on the little train to Panormo which is a really cute seaside town which is worth the visit. Overall, this is an amazing hotel and we loved our time there! (Random note; if you like to run, you can run round the hotel and the full loop is about 2km, which we enjoyed, you won't get bored of the scenery!)
