The bathroom sink had black hair in it. The commode has rust/stain around the bottom. The carpet is matted down and has multiple stains. The blackout curtains are stained. Also, the hotel charges $15.00 if you want to check in a few minutes early.

The ****** is Absolutely Amazing!!!! It is Vegas worthy. The hotel needs renovations, but it was clean. Staff are very friendly. I lost my purse in the ****** and did not realize until the next morning… someone turned it in with nothing missing. I was and am still so grateful. There are still Amazing and Honest people in this world. Thank you for being such an awesome person. 🙏 Appreciate you.

Very swift check in and friendly staff. Took care of any needs right away. Would stay there again.

my towels at home are better quality, and it not 200 a night. the towels are small. I chair in suite not couch. had to sit on bed.

Front desk check-in service was friendly and helpful; Deb, assisted in getting our group connecting rooms. Double queen room was large, with extra seating and a nice size fridge. Hotel was very convenient for going to ****** and Boogie Nights Club.

The front desk was understaffed. Not very friendly and offered no hotel amenities, such as restaurants, breakfast options, etc. The room and hallways have a strong odor of smoke. The room was extremely uncomfortable due to the smell.

The staff was very rude at check in. I was charged a 15 dollar early check in Fee and I checked in 2 mi s before 4pm which is check in time. The room she gave me was smoking and I requested a non smoking. Will not be back and won’t recommend to anyone.

Arrived 30 mins early and tried to check in but wouldnt let me check in without charging another 15 bucks for checking in 20 to 30 mins early, ridiculous after already paying for over priced room, people seemed veey rude here

I arrived at 3:40. I was told that there is a $15 charge for checking in before 4. That’s new. I’ve stayed here several times, the cleanliness of the bathrooms can be a little inconsistent. Oddly enough, whenever I get a first floor room the bathroom just isn’t very clean.
