シャトー ドゥ フォンコロンブ(Chateau de Fonscolombe)

Simplesmente amei a experiência de ficar no hotel, lugar lindíssimo, fomos recebidos com champagne e madeleines foi uma grata surpresa!!!! Café da manhã excelente e o restaurante do hotel para o jantar é sensacional!!!!

This beautiful and elegant chateau seemed to execute everything perfectly. The house is grand but warm and welcoming. The staff (all of them!) are very professional but also very warm and attentive. They are lovely people who are obviously well-trained. We had a wonderful and memorable stay and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!

Chateau Fonscolombe definitely does not deserve 5 stars. The nature is beautiful, the hygiene of the rooms is good, but the restaurant L'Orangerie is a total disaster. They have a serious problem with service organization and food quality. They forgot to bring us the ordered dishes, the steak was cold when I got it. The pastry could not be eaten. The food is waiting for 45 minutes. I waited 30 minutes for fried eggs for breakfast. They advertise a SPA and practically only offer a massage. Check out took more than an hour because they couldn't issue us a bill, and even when we got it, it was wrong.

This hotel has more stars than it should. The staff was nice, the main restaurant was good for dinner. The chef is good. Room service was terrible. There was hair on my coffee cup one morning. They completely messed up room service both mornings during our stay. This place just isn’t well appointed and lacks attention to detail and service in several important areas. Room decor is old timey as it’s a historical home, and it feels old. Drab. Dark red curtains and old furniture and wallpaper. Bedding was white which helped. Not a clean, fresh feel overall. Plumbing is updated though. It was nice in some regard, but not consistent. We would not recommend.

Place is nice. Most of the persons are nice and polite. Restaurant is catastrophe ( very polite ). Facts: It was 8 of us. First dinner they forgot 2 dishes. Bread was disaster ( we made joke like with armature). Next dinner, 7 of us had a fish at the same time. Last one had to wait additional 20 minutes

Very relaxing stay and close to scenic medieval villages. Food was amazing and service was top quality. Highly recommend staying here overnight or for extended stay. We will return in the summer months.

Despite the beautiful setting, this property was a disappoin**ent. There is essentially no concierge service and no one could or would even provide information about the walking trails on the property. There was no one to provide directions to Aix en Provence or provide information about nearby restaurants. After checking out, we realized the hotel added an additional $800 charge for a fully paid reservation. Our travel agent contacted the hotel and received an apologetic email acknowledging their error and promising to correct it. We disputed the charge with our credit card company and it has now been over a month and this hotel has not rectified their mistake. Our room in the Chateau was comfortable but small. Breakfast buffet was good. The pool and surrounding furniture was dirty. I do not recommend this property.

The chateau is absolutely exquisite, made all the more so by the wonderful and attentive staff. The venue is like something out of a dream, beautiful rooms, fantastic restaurant, grounds to wander on and view the vineyards (and two donkeys). All the staff are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The divine Coralie Gourjaud (Front Office Manager) made our stay truly perfect. Special mention to Lucas Bourgville (wonderful concierge service) and the charming sprite Hilda in the dining room.
