Todo estaba perfecto, muy bonito.

気持ちよく過ごせました。 ただ、他の宿泊客の話し声や立てる音がよく響きます。これはうるさくて眠れないかなと思ったのにベッドが快適なのでいつのまにか寝入ってました。

The hotel was very nice and not too far to walk into the centre. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Wi-fi was very good. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The outside pool looked very nice but alas we did not have time to use it. Car parking proved difficult on our first night as the hotel was very busy. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room - and no water to buy from the room fridge (only beer or coke). Also whilst there was a safe there were no user instructions - we pointed this out to reception who offered to send someone to assist, but we opted not to use it instead.

I've been coming to this hotel for many years, I love pretty much everything about it. The lovely entrance, friendly professional reception staff who do there utmost to accommodate your requests. The rooms are very clean and perfectly adequate, with a range of toiletries. Each room has a balcony. Beautifully maintained gardens, outdoor pool and solarium are a pleasure to relax in. There are a choice of 2 restaurants, a breakfast room and lounge bar which is open until midnight. My only criticism is on occasion the staff serving the outside terrace & lounge bar are not very welcoming unlike the staff elsewhere in the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent for getting into the centre of Jerez where you can enjoy shopping, eating drinking and taking in the architecture. There are numerous Bodegas offering tours and tastings, also on offer is the Equestrian School of Art, Alcazar & Cathedral to name but a few of the options to visit.

Amazing hotel in the best location in Jerez for easy access to everything either on foot or by car and with the best hotel pool in the area. Great staff and reasonable food and drink prices.

On checking in the rooms we were given didn't have a balcony but the reception staff were very helpful and we were given another room. The breakfast was very good, varied and replenished. Great pool although it didn't open until 11.30am we were still able to sit around the pool side. We would definitely return to this hotel.

3rd or 4th time back. Great as always. Good location. Parking busy but free and walking distance to town centre.

Excellent hotel, superb public areas, great gym and pool. Staff friendly and helpful, food very good. About 20 minutes walk to city centre. Plenty of free parking. Jerez is a great city. Can’t wait to come back!

We were given a room right next to some scaffolding and building works. The balcony had bits of debris on it and there was continuous banging from the work they were doing. Changed rooms which was better and away from the work. Rooms are very small, staff were friendly. Breakfast was goo, checkout was fastbut checkin was slow. Selected this hotel based on the ********** reviews, first time I feel it wasn't a good representation of the hotel. Sorry wouldn't recommend staying here.

Will be nice if they have microwave or electric tea kettle to boil water so one can drink tea at their room.
