ル ドメーヌ デ カルム & スパ(Les Carmes and Spa)

Our time here was amazing! Truly. We loved everything about the setting and the room. Wonderful! Pascal was the greatest host.

A simply wonderful boutique hotel, tucked away in the calm of nature. Our stay at this hotel was made even more special by Marion, who welcomed us with a warm smile and true hospitality. She made us feel at home immediately, and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. We booked the Top Terrace suite which is directly above the hotel's lounge area - the room is very spacious and all the ameneties were provided, even bathrobe and room slippers which we do not commonly see in nowadays. Comfortable beds and nice view into the garden. Lovely breakfast every morning which was included in the room price - fresh French baguette, croissants,  French butter and cheese, muesli, yoghurt, fruits. .. You cannot go hungry! We also very much enjoyed the evening "apéro" organised by Marion and Pascal, and they went out of their way to make restaurant reservations for us each evening, as their in house chef was away on holiday. Their restaurant recommendations in L'isle sur la Sorgue were just superbe ! The beauty of this hotel is the space surrounding it - we spent some time on the sun loungers next to the heated pool and even managed to play a round of croquet and giant chess in the garden. Perfect place to relax and unwind, after exploring the villages/ towns nearby. Pascal and Marion really make you feel like one of their friends, and not just simply "another hotel guest". Their personal touch is what will make us want to come back again. We just returned from a week at Les Carmes and it was excellent. We stayed on the 3rd floor, bell tower room. It was large, beautifully furnished, and had lovely views of the grounds. Breakfast every morning was tasty granola, freshly baked croissants, a bowl of fruit and coffee. Aperture at 7 were not to be missed! Pascal was the consummate host and had an infectious enthusiasm for literally everything! He made our stay better for sure. My husband had a massage there and said it was good. Friends swam in the pool a few times and said it was lovely and refreshing. The Villa is nicely situated to be able to cover a good amount of the Provence region. Would hands down return again.

We made a last-minute booking and were at Pascal's door within 15 minutes. You will not find a more gracious host! He had wine and snacks, and welcomed us to enjoy his home as our own. It is a stunning property, quiet and beautiful - the relaxed feel of the countryside but close to town. Ours was the tower room, which was a lovely suite. Every comfort you need, every question answered thanks to Pascal and his team. The included breakfast was excellent. My favorite memory is our late night swim in the spectacular, warm pool under the stars. This was a special mother-daughter trip and staying here was a highlight of our trip to be sure. Highly recommend and can't wait to return. Merci, Pascal!

Very nice stay @ Pascal’s paradise. Even pépère enjoyed it 😜. Very dog-friendly place. Healthy breakfast with local and home-made stuff. Oups apéro time @ 1900… we will have a yellow on your health. To be recommended to everyone seaking a quiet spot. CU soon

We had an amazing time at Domaine des Carmes & Spa in Provence. This place is the real deal, and Pascal, the manager, is fantastic. The rooms are cozy and full of Provencal charm. Pascal went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay, offering excellent local tips. The breakfasts were a delightful taste of Provence, and the hotel's setting in a picturesque village is just perfect. We can't recommend Domaine des Carmes & Spa enough for an authentic and unforgettable Provencal experience. Thanks, Pascal, for making it so special! We will definitely be back ＜3

The whole place was beautiful in keeping with French style. Pascal is a charming chap who greets you from your arrival. Very clean, comfortable rooms, the cleaner makes up rooms very quickly.everyone goes out of there way to help you. I will come back next week, with my children.it’s so well placed for visiting gordes bonnieux Roussillon. Wonderful!!! Will not fault the place. It’s a must. Definitely book it!

We had a delightful 4 night stay at this wonderful B &B. Pascal makes your stay memorable with his charm and superb hospitality. We so appreciated his warmth and attention to every detail. Our room was on the third floor and he insisted on carrying our luggage. So nice of him! We also enjoyed 7pm wine and snacks with the other guests. It made the whole experience so much more personable. Pascal even makes dinner reservations or prints out travel maps for you. Two days we needed to leave before the 9am breakfast time and his answer “this is not a problem. You tell me when you would like breakfast.” He had breakfast and his charming self ready for us early both times. Such kind service is so nice. Breakfast is delicious including the best coffee however you might like it, fresh croissants (you can smell them baking), homemade jams and breads, cheeses, granola, and the most delicious yogurt-just perfect. Our room was quite large with a sitting area too. Robes, blow dryers, slippers, soaps, shampoo/conditioner were all provided. The bed was quite comfortable. We were two girlfriends traveling together and Pascal even offered to make our bed into two twins. The grounds are lovely but it was a bit chilly for us to take advantage of them. We imagine they are perfect in the warmer months. Location wise it is located about 1-2 miles from L’Isle-sue-La-Sorgue which has lots of restaurants and shops. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here as Pascal is the perfect host. Thank you Pascal for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful room and garden. Friendly service. The breakfast has too limited choices, only sweet food and pastries. You will not be able to choose it yourself either. You’ll get certain set of food. My husband was poisoned by the fruit salad and had to stay in the bed having poisoning symptoms and fever same day and two days after we left the hotel. This was the only food I didn’t eat because I wasn’t sure about it’s cleanness and I didn’t have any issues with my gut. The water in the swimming pool was the coldest of all hotels we stayed during the trip. The fitness part was dirty, too crowded, too close to the trees with a lots of mosquitoes. Be ready that the spa is not included in the price.
